OR...he mutilates for pleasure. Sick, I know, but sexual killers sometimes get off on mutilation and/or dismemberment.
I think he does mutilate for pleasure. It doesn't make sense with some of his victims that he was trying to hide their identity. Like with JT he could of just cut her whole tattoo out and throw it in a dumpster. I know that sounds sick but I mean he had the sickness to dismember in the first place so I doubt just cutting the whole tattoo out would of bothered him.

Not LISK.

BTW I think this forum is on private for reasons other than LISK reasons. It is probably on private due to all of the people cutting and pasting posts from here and posting them on other websites.

Exactly what I have been thinking. The GB4 killer had been getting the spotlight all along and the torso guy is left on the back burner. So now he is trying to get the attention back. I really want to try and figure out the connection between Bay Shore and Hempstead with the latest findings.

Flash. Was just informed human body parts found in Tobay Beach garbage can. Waiting for MSM to drop the full story.

Hm prolly the LISK 5 at work here. jk thanks for the updates chris. In the comments on newsday of one of the "head" articles a commentor mentioned bones discovered at the tobay beach bike path but it was taken as a joke by the other commentors

A pair of severed legs found a mile west of Davis Park on Fire Island in 1996 were linked to an unidentified woman's skull found in a wildlife sanctuary just west of Tobay Beach Park April 11 (2010; added by Theforeigner)

A Suffolk police officer and a cadaver dog in the dense brush of a wildlife sanctuary at Tobay Beach found the 10th set of remains -- a human skull sitting on the surface of the sand. This skull was connected to remains found on Fire Island in 1996.

Yes sir. Beach just evacuated.

edit: Reopened police not confirming anything at this time.

Police are searching for the killer of “Sugar Bear,” a professional drag queen from Brooklyn – whose head was found frozen in the ice of a Long Island pond by skaters in 2003.

The killer had dumped the head, with a single bullet wound in the temple, in the pond in Moriches, where it was found on Jan. 25, 2003, said Detective Lt. Jack Fitzpatrick, commander of the Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad.

The victim’s arms and legs were later found miles away in plastic bags.

It took Suffolk detectives almost a year and a half to identify the victim as Andre Jamal Isaac, 25, of East New York, the grandson of a Vietnam POW.
.......
Jordan gave investigators a key piece of information: One of her son’s pals had seen Isaac just before Thanksgiving getting into a car with a “secret friend.” He was never seen again.

“He went out without a coat and said he would be right back. He left his pocketbook,” she said.

Fitzpatrick said the car was a red, BMW-type coupe with “nice rims” driven by a Hispanic man.

I'm surprised no one comments on this. It's the only possible witness sighting of LISK described as a hispanic male. Remember the pieces of calendar with cinco and begin to live from the spanish calendar inside the mamaroneck suitcase? Sugar Bear fits MO exactly except for the bullet wound..which was also present in the dix hills man. Sugar Bear was probably a big dude and therefore LISK chose to shoot him in the head. I mean missing from East New York...decapitated head in Moriches (like Rita Tangredi or Collen McNamee), His limbs in plastic bags, worked as a trans prosititute like the Asian Male (possibly)...I mean these are glaring indicators this is the work of LISK and so we have a possible witness sighting.

“He went out without a coat and said he would be right back. He left his pocketbook,” she said.

That reminds me of Megan or Amber...really think this is the LISK! BMW, nice rims, interesting

also a holiday weekend. "Secret Friend"? I knew lisk loves trannies

For anyone who's not that familiar with Tobay, it's along Ocean Parkway about halfway between Jones Beach and Oak Beach. Pretty much the best surfing spot on Long Island (though that's not saying much).

Just got off the phone with News12, Courtney...said they have a reporter on the scene at Tobay Beach. FIOS1 is sending someone to the location.

As for the picture of a female escort advertising on Backpage, it doesn't appear to be Chinelle. First, the eyebrows are distinctly different. Secondly, Chinelle has a smile crease made by smiling to raise the cheekbone, the other doesn't. And from what I can tell the backpage girl looks younger. But I've toyed around with the possibility Chinelle "may" have been moonlighting in the escort biz.

What puzzled me was someone saying they saw her get into a livery car after hearing an argument coming from where she lived, emerged with hair messed up. Was this sighting bogus for the purpose of distancing the landlord/landlady from her, showing she was alive after the argument? If real, then where did she go in the livery car? Could this killer have made it look like the sk's act to point away from the real killer?

As for the Hempstead area not having white people, on the contrary. It is a mix of Hispanic, Blacks & whites not only residents but also many who work within the court, police dept. & the LIRR. A white person walking down the block or driving on the block in any of these neighborhoods where the body parts were found would not raise an eyebrow. Hispanics, in many cases, may appear white to those who don't know. To assume the person who dropped the body parts was non-white would be in error. This early in this case, we don't know anything other than body parts being found & mother missing.

Any updates about the findings at Tobay today?

Newsday has nothing and News12 is very, very vague:
Chopper 12 was over the scene where police and police boats were seen in the water. Sources tell News 12 lifeguards discovered biological tissues and called police.

The medical examiner’s office has since removed it, but are not saying if it is human or animal. Police are not confirming anything at this time.
Very, very, very interesting. I am curious to see where this goes especially with PickleChris's comment that the remains were found in a garbage can. Seems to indicate it's human rather than animal.

People on the scene said what was found was by the garbage. News 12 is stating the lifeguards found something in the water? I have pictures of them searching and it's not in the water. Who knows. I know they did have boats out there so maybe they found something in both places...I really don't think that they would be searching and evacuating the beach if they found a dead fish or racoon.

Thanks for the update, I assume this was all on the bay side by Singleton's?

Come on NCPD ... put out a press release!

Sounds like someone trying to capitalize on recent events with a really sick joke.

here is the article
http://www.newsday.com/long-island/...wait-m-e-test-results-officials-say-1.8839091

here is a small paragraph... (its a long article)

Chinelle LaToya Browne's disappearance isn't the only mystery surrounding the house in Brooklyn where she lived in a top-floor apartment. Court and city property records show questionable transactions regarding the ownership of the aging, two-story building at 346 Sumpter St., including the signature on a deed of a man who had been dead for five months. In addition, the family of the dead man, Garth Lewis, is involved in a contentious lawsuit with his widow over his remains and her right to inherit the building.

I'm confused...what would the building ownership have to do with this POI?
