IMO, The name Anthony is of Greek derivation. I believe someone mentioned before that KCs penchant for shamrocks,etc. was due to her birthday being close to St. Patrick's Day.

Confirmation of several Photo accounts. Notice he didn't try to lock them to keep the public out, but rather wanted to delete them (get stuff out of there). Wonder if he tried this before LE had access? And who can we imagine brought "one of them (photo accounts) to his attention"?

And how had a came up was I was tracking down all of Casey's like photo websites and she has like three or four of them that she was on.
And one of them was brought do my attention.
And I couldn't for the life of me figure out what the password is because I wanted to go in there and delete her account, 'cause at that point everybody was sensationalizing it, the media and it was out of hand, and I was trying to get that stuff out of there?

Yup, hooah (hope you don't mind I shortened your nick) I'm glad you shared your aside. It was how I understood photobucket to work in certain ways. Although, I'm not computer savvy, I think that KC is savvy enough to know how to use the different settings on photobucket. I'm fairly certain that there are several ways to set the privacy on an account. She may have also had more than one photobucket account. One set completely private would be very difficult to sleuth as, if I understand correctly, it wouldn't' show even in a search of users, if you knew that users name.

Yes, we can go back the the interview with GA and see that he was deeply disturbed (by his demeanor, and his words) about those 1200 pics of KC.

FWIW, I am wondering also if the pictures are in her mind risque, in my mind pornographic (she and I are of different generations so we might have different definitions). IIRC, on one of her texts one of her beau's said he missed getting pictures of her? We have seen at least one that has been identified as KC, in her undies.

I'll be interested in seeing if these pictures will be released or not.

my last name is german (from my father) but i am more than half italian, mostly from my mother's side. just saying. last names don't tell you much.
 
I hate to agree with JB, and I'm no lawyer, but I think that unless the photos have probative value, show state of mind, can be used to impeach, have evidentiary value, or show motive... they should not be admitted. If I'm not mistaken, allowing anything whose sole purpose is prejudicial can create reversible error, and/or may be grounds to overturn a conviction a new trial.

I'd hate to see KC walk.
 
IMO The pictures are ones we have never seen, and I think they are at least borderline pornographic. LE said to George that they are "bad". I highly doubt this was an understatement. Think of all the things they have seen in their careers. And George, as a former cop, got sick at hearing this because he knew LE wouldn't exaggerate about that. I think the photobucket we have seen is perfectly normal for a 22 year old. I'm 21, I'd hate to see what ya'll had to say about my pictures. Casey might have went to a photographer that does glamour shots, alot of my friends have done this (not any "suggestive" ones lol, just normal photos).Glamour shots pictures come out gorgeous, and you have the choice to do swimsuit,underwear,nude if you want. Bottom line is, since these pictures often come out so good I know alot of girls have sleezy pictures taken & then use the pictures for their personal sites. The only reason I say this is b/c since they are done by a professional that would explain why they haven't been leaked..if the pictures were available to a bunch of Casey's friends or a bunch of *advertiser censored* junkies I just think SOMEONE would have leaked it. I mean tabloids pay thousands for that, but a professional would have it copyrighted.

This is why I think that the pictures could hold evidential value to this case.
OKay, if these pictures were made a year before Caylee went missing and LE can prove that, and prove that the pictures were uploaded to photobucket after Caylee went missing, I think they are important. Casey would have needed to upload them from somewhere right? Either a disk or from her computer. What if she had them a while, and never uploaded them until March, April, May, or June of 2008? LE subpoenaed her records from photobucket, so that alone will show the date that they were uploaded.
Also, if they are that graphic, I figure they will show as well that prior to March of 2008, she never had pictures such as that on her account.
I think they are important, because I think LE can prove that these photos showed her demeanor prior to taking Caylee's life.

What if they show what she has been doing instead of working at Universal??

Is Jose's issue really with the State's Attorney and LE, or is it with Florida's Sunshine Laws? As I understand it, which I admit might be "poorly", the materials once turned over to JB can be disclosed to a requesting public under the laws.
 
if he is requesting them, but simultaneously requesting an order to suppress them from public view... i would think he is making an effort to circumvent the sunshine law.

as the law goes, if it is requested it is made public. i think. this means (imo) that if someone goes to the trouble of requesting it, it must be evidentiary in some respect. otherwise, why bother requesting?

this, imo, nullifies his request to suppress.

I have to tell you I'm really glad to see this picture resurface. Back when they TES was doing their searches and there was a report of a backpack with hearts on it (I believe Investigation Discovery had a pick up of it), I went to recover this photo to see if it matched the hearts on the backpack and discovered Lee-the-Eraser had been busy. I've kicked myself for six months for not saving it. I saved it this time!
 
It breaks my heart (no pun intended) everytime I see that picture! How ominous, that poor baby.
 
I think it will be very telling if she elected to put pics (we have seen two now) in black and white, which to me represent past, with that red heart after Caylee was dead. Actually it will be telling if it was before too.....not good either way.
Is it PC to say I hope she fries??? Probably not but oh well....

the pic of caylee w/ sunglasses and a red heart was uploaded to photobucket a week after she was last seen alive.
i can't remember the exact date but it's on the thread i posted a link to, if memory serves.
