Nice thought, but I doubt it. This girl slept with 3 men that we know of in May and June. I doubt if she has a clue who the baby daddy is.

She put the "spin" on it to make an excuse as to why the daddy completely ignored Caylee. I am sure her friends asked. I think it made her sound more respectable to say "He was killed on Caylee's first birthday"

She doesn't know who the dad is. She doesn't care.

Or maybe she does know, and he doesn't care. IMOO

Casey has been home for over a week and Cindy said she hasn't even mentioned Caylee to Casey?

What are they doing in that house? Watching Seinfeld? Playing Wii? Having a BBQ?

Baking brownies and doing laundry.

I really want an explanation as to why he changed his mind about the bond. I want to know why they are baking brownies. I want to know why Casey is spending 8 hours a day at her lawyers. I want to know why this circus is being allowed to go on, and on, and on.

The reason why it is allowed to go on -- is because the detectives believe it was an accident.

They can't drum her up on first degree murder charges -- when they don't even believe that is what happened. So what do they get her on?

She's not going to talk.

My thought on this is that JB called LP. Told him to please not revoke the bond yet, Casey is about to crack. I feel JB is quite a pleader when he wants something.

You could go insane trying to figure it out, wherever Padilla is concerned. I don't think that the usual rules apply here because Padilla's involvement is atypical. He seems to be motivated primarily by self-interest and publicity. Therefore, it's difficult to analyze his actions based on factors that would traditionally apply to the relationship between bondsperson, bounty hunter and criminal defendant.

I aslo agree. Just too much to disregard her. She was suppose to have been on the June 9th bandwagon like everyone else but got the month wrong and had to backtrack with changing it to a different Casey.

Not one of them is crying for Caylee because they have ALL reconciled themselves to the fact that she has gone. Now they are protecting their daughter.

I believe LP was given more money to secure her safety. Money and fame seem to be the motivating facts for him.

I think she is spending 8 hours a day with JB, because if she and her crazy mother are left in the same house together for long they will lose it.

I think the guy must be friend or neighbor. He isn't a reporter because he isn't being told to go away. He is rather large, amybe he is part of the increased security detail.

So Casey is with Baez today, Cindy is now out, and George finally shows his face in the yard (he moved the car to allow Casey to get into the house, imo). Not much to see if you ask me. Watching paint dry. Watching water boil. Ugh. I guess I don't see the point of the live feed at the house.

And your post says it all...I, too, am tired of these clowns bashing the media, LE, everyone but their daughter.

Honestly not completely sure what I think. You always seem to have a great read on people that's why I asked. I just can't get past the nonsense that has fallen out of every single family members mouth. Especially that video Cindy. I've watched that thing numerous times. Just can't get past it. Crazy I know....

I don't want to be a "buzz kill" here but I just feel that at this point it will take a miracle to find Caylee.

I agree. And I doubt that Casey will help, even if she is able to. I think that she will insist on a trial, as is her right. It appears that she will maintain her innocence and tell Baez that she does not want to go through life as a convicted felon, thus forcing LE to prove their case in a Court of Law.

For what it's worth, it appears as if any potential charges against LE based on either on intent to kill, or on criminal responsibility for Caylee's death based on grossly negligent or reckless conduct, would be based entirely on speculation.
