She could try that lie, but she already told LE that she looked on Gannon's phone. She showed them a search ("can my parents track me by my phone?") in order to establish that Gannon had run away. She showed them the phone, apparently, to buy herself more time to do whatever she did.
I would think LE asked her if she had tried calling any numbers on his phone to ask anyone if they had seen him.
She would probably say, "No, I don't do any of that stuff. Albert does all that."

I do wonder what she was doing from around 3:30 until around 10:00 when the police showed up. Was she in the house the whole time or did she go "looking" for him in her car? The neighbor showed more concern than she did.

Imo

MOO A worried call to Albert and she would have tbe PW.

Well yes,if she was a normal mother who hadnt killed her child and was covering her tracks!, but her explanation when someone asked that very reasonable question would be that she didn't know the password and was so worried it didn't even occur to her to ask AS because obviously she would need an excuse, she never checked his phone to call his friends because she knew he hadnt gone to his friends house but she would need a plausible reason as to why she didn't do the very obvious and check his phone.
Of course she would have shot herself in the foot then though because if she couldnt get in to his phone for his contacts then how would she know that he searched anything on google?, IMO she is one of those people who just rattles off the first thing that comes to mind when caught out and then has to keep on adapting because she hasnt thought about how one lie is going to expose another,it must be utterly exhausting both for her and the person she is lying to!

ETA I Replied when I saw this post and have since seen @10ofRods and @Warwick7 have posted the same thing.

The judge responded, giving media 14 days to respond to the defense objection to unseal. We’re waiting for that step before the judge will respond.
Spell it out for me. Does that mean judge will wait the full 14 days to decide in favor of releasing or wait for a good enough argument? TIA

The media could respond immediately, as soon as today. I doubt they would delay their response. Then the judge will read and respond with a ruling.

I have ONLY found this one that is for sure her. If there are others, it's NOT her or it's ALIAS's. I feel for people with names similar to hers or her aliases. If I understand this?? Look at Job 2008-2010 and tell me what YOU see.

Social Services? That would mean she more than likely had some extensive knowledge of child abuse cases and how those involved "covered" or "didn't cover" their tracks. Kind of scary to think of what she may have learned in those 2 years.

Interesting but it may mean pretty much nothing.

According this SC link
Human Services Specialist I (Continuous)

At Level 1, a high school degree and 3 years experience in clerical, administrative, social work, correctional, business administration, or general business experience is required. Or an Associate's degree and 1 year experience.

The above link shows an open position where the person will be responsible for
"conducting telephone interviews to assist clients with determining eligibility for SNAP and FI at application and annual recertification."

I know we tend think think "abuse investigation" when we hear Social Services but it's not always that. Human service entry-level jobs unrelated to abuse investigations are where many social science grads go when they didn't plan well or plans don't work out. (Think TS's undergrad degree is in PoliSci.)

Also "Capella Univeristy"... I guess proofreading is only for inferiors that make mistakes.

Nothing really to do with this, but I think the middle name alias came about because of southern accent error. Say "Leticia Leann" aloud. Half the people hearing that are going to get "Leticia Lynn" -- she probably caught on to that young, maybe in juvie. MOO

There is a lot to digest, isn't there? All kinds of twists and turns, lies and half truths, attempts to direct attention elsewhere, and cast blame on others.

I 100% believe SHE is the one who performed the search on Gannon's phone. (And I would venture to guess that many others do as well). I am just curious to know when and where the search took place. I believe this internet search has significance, and we will hear much more about it from the phone experts on the witness list.

Was it made on Sunday night after an alleged incident involving carpet took place? Did Gannon lose his phone privileges, and she was in possession? If so; this would show pre-meditation, IMO. She was already looking for a way to explain Gannon's disappearance.

Was the search conducted during the four hour errand run? It breaks my heart to think she may have attempted to set Gannon up (and cast blame on him), during the time she was injuring him further, taking his life, or disposing of evidence. :(

Was it made after her return from running errands for 4 hours? This, IMO, shows that she was attempting to cover-up the fact he did not return with her. In addition; he was reported as a runaway based off this search information. As a result, valuable time was lost in proper search efforts. Yet another attempt to hide/alter evidence and impede the investigation.
@JDough I suspect that TS took Gannon's phone away from him on his last Sunday evening. If he was scared, terrified, felt threatened, injured or sick, he would have reached out to AS, LH or his grandmother. If he did, it would have been mentioned well before RD's video came into play. TS would not risk GS exposing her. MOO

Oh, I agree that she lies easily and often. I don't know what to make of her own LinkedIn page (as she doesn't list herself as a "teacher" for 2019, but as a Curriculum Specialist. Some schools classify that as "teaching" so perhaps that's why. I bet she wasn't in the classroom.

I think that she started out thinking she had cleverly covered her bases. She had made it look like Gannon had run away. I do not know when she started thinking about that particular lie.

Although we don't know in what capacity she worked there or if she dealt with children if she really did work for Social Services.

She would be more likely to be familiar with child abuse cases and recognizing signs of abuse from her five or so years of teaching, especially Special Ed.

Imo

Most likely washing her clothes, cleaning the truck, wiping up blood, manipulating Gannon's phone, and gaslighting the heck out LS when she got home from school. And lets not forget that TS didn't eat since 9 am. After a very busy day, she must have been famished.

Yes, and she may have taken the car somewhere to get rid of evidence.

Positions that are Mandated reporters must pass a CE class on child abuse. Its a state licensing requirement. The DA may use that to seal up the child abuse charge. With evidence of abuse, TS has absolutely NO viable defense.

I agree with this and am continuously haunted by it. Gannon's pain (both physically and emotionally) could have been eased by only hearing the voices of his parents. Even if they could not be present at the moment he was hurting, just talking with them helps (at ANY age--not to mention the tender age of 11). I have been touched forever by this sweet boy, and am heartbroken for all he endured...and for all that his family will endure from now on.
