Well I got my answer when I posted if the prosecution will have a rebuttal.
Had to leave, did the defense get to have the lesser included charges? They asked for 2nd degree & manslaughter.

Oh I know! My eldest is 25 and I still worry about him. He went on holiday to Japan with his wife and I was panicking the whole time he was away!

Yep, it's that Worry Gene that moms have -- it doesn't fully mature & function until we actually deliver the baby, or until we have been notified that an adoption has been approved and a child is waiting. Homonal, either way. Then that little Worry Gene goes to work in a hurry. (As we know, sadly, some moms don't allow that gene to function, but that's a story for another day.) I have a 34 year-old who has a good job and a good wife & two beautiful little girls, but my Worry Gene still functions, albeit a little less than it used to do.

That's for putting a name on it other than "mommyitis"----my girls don't quite get that they have to just acknowledge my texts--just answer yes or no questions--(who, what, where and when or other general topics)--and I won't bug them---its when I get no response---and I tell them I watch Discovery ID---I SEE NEWS and whatever---just answer--

JH fell off bed in solitary cell. JH refused treatment. Frank reviewed video to see if he hit his neck

Again, I ask- how by showing a video from Nov. 12 indicate he was Insane on July 19, 20?????
I say by that time, he was told to get 'nutty' in the jail, by his def. team so that he has a chance of a defense.
