Hey, I was surprised when I heard about the shootings - doesn't make me a mitigation witness anymore than most of these people!

I'd like to hear the prosecution ask just one of these witnesses that support 'Jimmy' if they support his decision to kill all those people, I know I'm just being mean, but isn't that just as relevant? JMO, MOO

ON the taxpayer's dollars..Sure those taxpayers are less than happy about that!!!! It's all on Def. team to bring in such irrelevant folks to testify ..nothing to do with mitigations really..Pity Party factors only towards family....Not mitigating aggravators in my mind at all!! Course what do I know what's in any juror's head??????

Usually there are about 4-5 mitigation witnesses that were very close to the defendant. At least the trials I've seen before. MOO
