"2 sexually violent predators move in Pueblo
by Travis Ruiz

"...His criminal history includes convictions of 1st Degree Sexual Assault, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, Unlawful Sexual Contact, Criminal Mischief, Child Abuse/Negleft, Robbery and 2nd Degree Trespassing. Police said he sexually assaulted an adult female and has mental health problems."

"...convicted of Attempted Sexual Assault, 2nd Degree Rape (Sexual Assault, two counts of Burglary and Resisting Arrest. Police said he broke into a residence and sexually assaulted an adult female."

Was hoping there would be some updates on Kelsie. I hope that LE knows a lot more than what has been released and Kelsie's family will have some answers soon.

I do not like to make disparaging remarks about people's physical features....

But this guy's expression made me gasp! :gasp:

I'm looking at this as a possible abduction unless LE says otherwise.

Last seen at Walmart and her car found abandoned.

it's possible that maybe she stopped at Walmart on her way out of Pueblo. (JMO).

Did anyone see Kelsey Smith being abducted by Edwin Hall?

trying to add link, but its not working. did see where it only took 45 mins to find her body after cell pone was finally located .

"It was 2 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday when they asked for the information," she said. "On Wednesday, we found her." Missey Smith said some estimated it took less than 45 minutes to find Kelsey's body after her cellphone location was finally handed over.

I was a little confused for a while and thought that Kelsie Schelling had been found until I realized it was a different Kelsey.

What link? If it's to that examiner website, we can't link it.

what did the headline say? maybe I can try and find it

the examiner? lol! no.....:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

it was a cbs website it will let me link but the video wont play. not a big deal cause you really cant see much.

Does anyone know if Kelsey's Law has passed in Colorado?

If her cellphone was not working, Would they still be able to get the info off of it?

Cell phones keep sending a signal several times a minute even though they are turned off. The only way to stop the GPS signal from a cell phone is to take out the battery, which is nearly impossible for the 75 million consumers who own an iPhone.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled this year that the police must get a warrant when they physically attach a GPS device. But the Sixth Circuit ruled that but if you happen to be carrying one already, that's cool -- the government can track you.

this says yes unless you take out the battery....but if the battery is dead I dont see how it could be tracked. MOO
