In the 1st part of the taped interview, with LE, that Walgren played,

CM sounds high, stoned, drugged or intoxicated. IMO

Walgren is good! Just cannot say this enough. He is using Murray's own words against him and drives home the point as to why MJ would only want to sleep for 5-7 minutes which is all 25mgs would do and yet he sits there for some time before going to the bathroom.

Now talking about CM not calling 911. "because he had other things on his mind. protecting CM"

He is showing that all the complaining Murray said MJ did are outright BS!

imo

Whoa -- great point by Walgren re: the phone call for 22 minutes at 9:23 -- MJ was already asleep............. (via drip)

He is showing that all the complaining Murray said MJ did are outright BS!

imo

There is NO WAY that the timeline he gives in his interview is in any way believable. MJ would not have tolerated CM being on the phone and emailing, while MJ is the entire time complaining about not being able to go to sleep. MJ had to be under the influence of a propofol drip while he was doing all his phone calls and emails that Walgren is going over right now. Great job Walgren is doing right now with the timeline.

From minute one Murray tried to throw MJ under the bus in order to save his pathetic hide.:furious:

imo

OK - I am really in tears now visualizing the children in that hallway ...... :(

There is the missing trash bag!!!!!!

ETA: Cargo pants with large pockets on the side (very familiar with the pants too)

Walgren has not missed anything ....... now questioning why Murray wanted to go back to the house -- WTG!!!!

The propofol with his finger prints on it! And MJ had told the world he had vitaligo> that was from me not Walgren.

There should be a law against a medical provider secretly recording a patient. Walgren is going over that right now.

There is a law in CA, permission must be recorded on the tape. Whether it's there or not is something or the Medical Board and the Feds to determine, since confidentiality is also federal.

I give the jury 2 hours tops, possibly 1 hour for a verdict.
