It has always been an oddity for Fotis to drive to Stop and Shop so he could purchase fresh meat and importantly call KM who, D counsel said, did not attend the dinner party held outdoors at 4JC that very evening.
The jury is likely racking their memories for what Michelle had to say about KM. They'll remember that she claimed she saw KM sitting at one of the glass tables that decorate the Fore Group Offices on the 24th because he had an appt with Fotis. KM was part of their alibi.

JS: did you know that FD kept women in his phone under make names? Yes. But witness did not personally investigate that.

Did not himself investigate AT. He was not cooperative. Seized his phone. He never asked for it back.

Judge sustains this direction twice about the coffee cup.

Its odd but we don't really even know if FD bought meat (MT did say he gave her meat but who knows if that is the truth) or did anything at Stop & Shop. No receipt, No footage, Nothing - we haven't seen any evidence from State. I wonder if its because of possible KM presence?

We don't know but did just learn that wherever he went LE has footage (we haven't seen it and probably won't). MT didn't know or claimed to not know where FD went other than she wanted fresh meat as all they had was frozen meat.....zero about the S&S/MEAT TRIP makes much sense. MOO

Judge elucidating --

JS is suggesting that LE caused MT to doubt herself.

JS is asking about the warrant, that the witness represented in the AA that MT said she was cleaning windows. Sworn under oath.

State is objecting, overruled

I guess the AA says that MT says she was cleaning windows.

JS so that was a mistake? Yes.
But you wouldn't consider it a lie.
