The thing is that this was more than even the horrible murder of a devoted mom to five little kids. At every turn, another layer of criminal activity was revealed and all of that had to be explored because it related to a murderer woman but also a multitude of other crimes. Real-estate deals that turned out to be shady or worse, KM’s involvement with his own separate as well as associated crimes, the attempts to put blame on others like FD’s employee, people who lived in less affluent areas, unclear sources of money and shady loan deals, and on and on and on. LE couldn’t ignore those threads because they were related to the suspects and important evidence plus so many of the activities discovered were LE problems in themselves...fabricated documents, odd car shipments to Greece, the death of FD’s mom after being run over in the driveway by the previous nanny, tons of JD’s and GF’s money diverted to FD, FD trying to run over JD...and these are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. In my view, it wasn’t that JD was more important than other crime victims; it was that the case was such a tangle of suspect issues but with clues left to follow up and the conspiracy with MT and all her drama, KM...my gosh. Yet, JD was, in another way, decidedly special to so many who never even knew her because we DID know her: every kind, devoted mom who did all she could for her kids and others; a woman like people we do know, a woman abused by a cheating, greedy grifter with a cheating, greedy grifter girlfriend; a woman with five little kids brutally murdered and then discarded so her kids wonder every day where her remains might be. I’m not from there but I am very proud of LE and everyone who has worked so hard for justice for Jennifer—no matter how rich (well, not his money, really), bullying, self-centered, and threatening FD was and how vile his grasping, entitled girlfriend is. Letting this crime—these crimes—slide by just because it has been so hard and so expensive to try to bring justice for JD would diminish us all as people in my opinion. MOO.

Did not intend to give impression that I thought that LE should just ignore those big fats lies and their crim actions, or they were telling truth, or that LE should clock out w no overtime, or that JFD does not deserve justice.
Just saying there are other victims of other crimes. I don't have any specifics re these open cases or cold cases for these LE agencies. And no specific info for other agencies either.

If St of CT statute** would allow the state to file WD petition in civil court later (afaik, CT does not permit, but could be wrong), I'm trying to think of reasons in this case -

* A wrongful death suit requires person filing petition to initially allege and then prove death. Despite many people's beliefs/assumptions/conclusions that JFD is dead, afaik, no autopsy report, no death cert, or anything other than arrest affidavit describing blood in garage (indicating unsurvivable trauma & blood loss, if prompt med treatment/intervention did not occur) which would not imo be sufficient proof of death. Of course that prevents the usual ppl from filing a WD action, only as long as JFD's remains remain hidden.
Once remains are located, recovered, and identified as JFD, then seems personal representative or executor of JFD-decedent’s estate could file WD action.

-There is a photo of Fotis Dulos on 5/16 with a shaved head. Not because he was a swimmer, because he waterskied. His arms also appear to be shaved, facial hair is gone. Both MT and FD documented their lives on social media. You don't find it odd that your boyfriend shaves his head and body for the first time since you met him approx 4 years ago, and it's for waterskiing?
-You wake up at 6:30am in the home you share with your boyfriend and he is not home. You do not inquire about his whereabouts.
-Several hours later, you discover your boyfriends phone in his home office. A phone that was regularly on his person at all times due to this being a workday, and having multiple homes for sale.
-All three vehicles that your boyfriend would've driven were likely at home (it is believed that FD either slept at 80 MS or rode his Mercier bike when leaving with the Tacoma from 80 MS at 5:35am) MOO
-Your boyfriend arrives home somewhere around 1pm either on foot or via bike. Long run? MOO
-At some point, your boyfriend is cleaning the interior of his employee's 2001 pick-up truck while you're cleaning either the windows or the bathrooms of the 10,000 sq ft house he owns. Normal? How many times has Fotis cleaned his employees truck?
-While you are expecting a co-worker to arrive at 4JX at 4:30, you are "surprised" when he finds you 2.1 miles up the road in the driveway of 80 MS, while engaging in intercourse with your boyfriend next to your co-workers car.

5/24/19 CAR SHUFFLE
TRIP 1. Your boyfriend tasks you to clean either the bathrooms or windows of a 10,000 sq ft home upon reappearing. You drive separately for the 2.1 mile distance between 4JX and 80MS
TRIP 2. Within a 15 minute period (1:36pm-2:01pm) you have now driven from 4JX to 80 MS TWICE.
TRIP 3. You leave 80 MS again 23 minutes later
TRIP 4. You return to 80 MS 1 hour and 32 minutes later, only to depart again in a different car 8 minutes later
TRIP 5. You and your boyfriends cell phones magically now ping at 4JX, though you return to 80 MS 20 minutes later, sans both mobile phones
TRIP 6. 4 minutes later, you drive separately from your boyfriend and co-worker, in 3 separate vehicles, 2.1 miles back to 4JX, taking possession of the keys to your co-workers 2001 pick-up truck with you. Did you lock the car too? Forget the bucket with the pail/hoodie? MOO

The EM podcast is still on the brain, though more because of the spotlight it put on Michelle Troconis' complicity. More thoughts below. MOO

-When did you find out that Jennifer was missing? How did you find out Jennifer was missing? (I know I mentioned that in another post, though putting it here so it's all together). More on that below.
-You drove to run (alibi) errands the morning of 5/24, did you take the Jeep or Suburban from 4JX for those errands? It is reasonable to conclude that you saw both cars when you left for your errands, and you knew Fd wasn't home with you.
-Did you call FD to find out where he was and how he left home without either available vehicle at 4JX? Text him? (My bet would be that MT didn't call or text Fd inquiring where he was and that could be a bombshell-MOO). There were approximately 2 hours between MT's 6:40am wake up and when she said she saw Fd's phone in the home office.
-How often was Fd not home when you woke up in the morning? How often did Fd sleep out of the home?
-Did you ask Fd how he got to 4JX when you met there for lunch? Do you know how Fd got to 4JX after being gone at least since you woke up at 6:40am?
-Why would Fd have been inside or driving EE's Tacoma on 5/24 when there were at least 2 cars at 4JX? (Jeep and Suburban).
-You drove from 4JX to 80 MS in separate cars arriving at 1:36pm. Did you see Fd leaving home with a cup of coffee?
-When would Fd have spilled coffee in EE's Tacoma if you drove there in tandem from home using the Jeep and Suburban?
-Is there a coffee maker at 80 MS? (It seems a reasonable question to ask when the cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, trash bags, small broom, and paper towels were needed from 4JX-IMO)
-How long did Fd spend cleaning the coffee spill?
-How often would you clean the properties owned by Fd?
-Do you have a housekeeper at 4JX?
-Why did you take your cellphone and Fd's cell phone to 4JX at 4:03pm before returning to 80 MS 20 minutes later?
-Was 5/24 different from your everyday workday schedule? How? (easily provable by cell records)
-What meeting were you preparing for? (She was a Fore Group employee afterall, and FD would've had to leave Farmington by latest 9:30am to pick up his children for the supervised 7 hr visitation Saturday)
-Why did you change your answers during each interview with investigators? (Giving her the opportunity to explain the lying from her POV. MT knew she had a safe audience with EM believing every word)
-How was Fd different that day? You spent the better part of 7 hours with him before it was reported that Jennifer was missing.
-When was the last time you had Starbucks for dinner? (certainly traceable)
-Was 5/24 the first time you've ever seen Marty?

IMO, It does not appear as if EM read the arrest warrants before offering her supportive opinion that MT did not know that Jennifer was missing as of the Albany Ave run. Had she asked even a handful of the questions between both posts, it would have shown that she was actually forming her opinion on something other than being charmed by a criminal defendant, her family, and JS. I firmly believe MT's responses would have changed the tone of the interview, and at the very least, shown that EM did some homework. If there is to be a tv special by EM, plenty of people will search online for the case, who otherwise didn't know about it before .

Reasons to believe MT knew prior to the Albany Ave evidence dump that Jennifer was missing:
-Jennifer's close friend called NCPD at 6:59pm on 5/24 to report Jennifer missing . Her friend told LE that Jennifer was going through a divorce with a man who had threatened her life and had a gun. It is likely that Fd would have been the first call, as next of kin at the time.

-NCPD confirmed to the Nanny that they had spoken to Fd. After that confirmation, Nanny returned Fd's call at 8:41pm.
(LE knows exactly what time FD was called, which should be interesting).

-On 5/26, Fd went to Gloria's apt in NYC demanding to see the children. The NYPD called NCPD, and were advised that FD was prohibited from visiting with his children unsupervised. Clearly, there is a record of FD in the NCPD system and would've seen that record when the call came in from Jennifer's friend. It is reasonable to believe that Fd would've been one, if not the first and only call on 5/24.

5/24/19 CAR SHUFFLE: PART 2 Questions, MOO
-Was MT going back and forth all day to 4JX to see if LE was there? I believe it's more likely that LE would go to 4JX first. Is that why MT took both her and FD's cell phones there at 4:23pm, and turned back around to go back to 80 MS, leaving both phones at 4JX? If LE were to ping their phones to locate them, they would go to 4JX. If they didn't answer, LE likely wouldn't have a search warrant quickly enough to enter on their own.

-A less savory thought, and I must admit it was my first thought....MT and FD knew that EE was due to arrive at 4JX around 4:30. At 4:03 MT leaves 80 MS in the Suburban (with Thule Rack) and pulls back into 80 MS at 4:23, leaving both cell phones at 4JX. Did she leave them on the kitchen bar so when PG got there, he would just assume they were in the house somewhere being naughty and he would be too embarrassed to go find them...and therefore take the Raptor home for the weekend?

-I actually think the top thought is more likely the case. They didn't know when Jennifer was going to be reported missing. If they had their cell phones on them, and didn't answer when the LE call came in, LE realistically could ping them and go to 80 MS. They knew that would be the end of them....so she made the phone drop at 4JX and that was likely the only reason for that roundtrip. (4:03 pm Troconis leaves 80 MS in Suburban with Thule rack. 4:23pm Troconis arrives back at 80 MS in Suburban-with no mention of Thule rack-leaving both cell phones at 4JX). As a mother who has a young child living with her, how could she NOT have her phone when her child was away from their home?

So, did Fd get a call close to 7pm and he and MT jumped in the Raptor to get that evidence out of their possession before being visited by LE? I've seen conflicting reports that NCPD found Jennifer's car at 7pm and 8pm.
-Fd and MT arrived at 4JX at approx 5:30 pm
-7:10 pm Fd and MT's phones leave the area of 4JX
-7:31pm: Fd entered Hartford surveillance on Albany Ave
According to Google Maps, it would likely take 15 mins MAX to get there from 4JX
-It also wouldn't surprise me to hear that Farmington PD did a drive by at 4JX soon after the 6:59pm missing report to NCPD, to see if there was any activity at the home. Certainly possible that Fd or MT saw the driveby.
-No matter the timing, Fd likely thought that the clock was ticking before he was contacted, if not visited by LE and had to get the evidence out of his/their possession.

If Fotis truly acted on his own to plan and commit the murder, why would he actively involve MT pretty much from the moment he returned from NC through the evidence dump ending at about 8:10pm that day? MT claims that she never asked Fd his whereabouts that morning, though once he was back they spent a good part of 7+ hours together.

Can we talk Tacoma?

EE's Tacoma moved from 4JX to 80 MS on 5/23/19, the day BEFORE Jennifer went missing.
-4:51 pm-EE drove his Tacoma to 80 MS, followed by FD. Fd then drove with EE back to 4JX in Fd's Raptor, and EE drove away from 4JX at 5:10pm.
-Fd wanted the Tacoma moved because it was allegedly leaking oil on the driveway at 4JX. As an fyi, the driveway at 80 MS is white stone/gravel (installed by Fd, aerial pics in 2016 show a black paved driveway) Pic below of current driveway and driveway in 2019.
-Keeping in mind that Fd had a meeting at 80 MS in the morning, it's confusing why he would want a 2001 pick-up truck in the driveway, let alone one that was leaking oil on light colored stone driveway. MOO
-Why didn't Fd want the leaking Tacoma moved to 585 Deercliff? It's closer at .3 miles from 4JX (jogging distance for an extra light, half-mile workout ), and also marketed as a tear-down property. My bet is 80 MS was selected because the proximity of neighboring homes allowed for more privacy/seclusion. See pic below. I also suspect 80 MS was prepped in some way in advance of the morning trip to NC. IMO. MOO Google Maps (directions set VIA BIKE )

Proximity/Privacy perspective of a neighbor at 585 DC-which is .3 miles from 4JX, and also owned by Fd (at the time). 80 MS is 2.1 miles from 4JX.

As for that coffee spill....
Below pics show the interior of a 2001 Toyota Tacoma Xtracab in both manual and automatic transmissions. Both have 2 cup holders, just in different locations. I have a hard time figuring out that spill.
-EE changed the Toyota seats to Ford seats sometime before 5/24, though I do not know the color. I believe it is unlikely that the seats were dark, because there would be no visible stain to clean.
-Per AW2 (link below) EE "did not routinely clean his truck and prior to that occasion, Dulos had never washed EE's truck"
-EE moved the truck to 80 MS on 5/23/19, and if Fd didn't murder Jennifer, why would he have any reason to be in the Tacoma at all? How did Troconis NOT question Fd cleaning EE's vehicle or challenge why he was in it at all when he had access to 2 of his own vehicles that same day?
-How long would it take to clean a coffee spill and how did it become an event with the exchange of paper towels needing multiple handlers?
-MT took the keys to EE's Tacoma for what reason? She offered this explanation in AW2 (link below): "So then I took the keys. I took the keys." When asked why, Troconis responded "There is no reason why I took the keys. I took the keys and I left." With EE locked out of his vehicle, it would have provided 3 additional days to clean the interior before EE returned from work due to the holiday weekend. So are we really to believe Michelle Troconis knew nothing about Jennifer's disappearance before NCPD notified Fotis later that evening?
-There is obviously SO MUCH MORE surrounding the Tacoma that I don't need to add in detail for us WS'ers (ie. Fd's insistence on EE changing the seats, the $250 car wash detail involving both MT and FD, Jennifer's DNA being found on the Ford seats that EE removed and voluntarily offered to LE). The more you know, the less any of their actions make sense.

For me, just seeing the interior forced a flood of thoughts. And sadness. What do you see?

Thank you; while I listened to the podcast, I had no idea that it was that new. So this does look like part of JS’s strategy, with MT’s next court date coming up this week. I can understand why EM wants to be part of this story, but she shouldn’t be saying stuff like she knows this is a much more interesting story than it is when someone is just “guilty”. I paraphrase, but it really was kind of outrageous. People listen to these podcasts and believe them, which is why the information in them needs to be accurate. EM is putting statements out there as facts, that she cannot know to be true, just listening to JS and the Troconis clan. She has no idea what Michelle Troconis knew or did not know, merely by talking to members of that family, especially MT, who is a known liar

AFAIK while handling Marketing for Fore Group, Michelle Troconis published only in English. Has anyone noticed any other materials?

A court-provided translator adds to the State's cost. If Atty Schoenhorn and others are concerned about the cost to the taxpayers of this investigation & case, perhaps the translator could be funded by these people; this group could cover the delays & increasing court costs from the motions motions motions as well?

The cost to Jennifer & to the children cannot be repaid IMHO.

The EM podcast is still on the brain, though more because of the spotlight it put on Michelle Troconis' complicity. More thoughts below. MOO

Questions/Comments regarding the claim that as of about 7pm (Albany Ave dump) on 5/24, MT didn't even know her boyfriend's wife Jennifer was missing: PART 2
-When did you find out that Jennifer was missing? How did you find out Jennifer was missing? (I know I mentioned that in another post, though putting it here so it's all together). More on that below.
-You drove to run (alibi) errands the morning of 5/24, did you take the Jeep or Suburban from 4JX for those errands? It is reasonable to conclude that you saw both cars when you left for your errands, and you knew Fd wasn't home with you.
-Did you call FD to find out where he was and how he left home without either available vehicle at 4JX? Text him? (My bet would be that MT didn't call or text Fd inquiring where he was and that could be a bombshell-MOO). There were approximately 2 hours between MT's 6:40am wake up and when she said she saw Fd's phone in the home office.
-How often was Fd not home when you woke up in the morning? How often did Fd sleep out of the home?
-Did you ask Fd how he got to 4JX when you met there for lunch? Do you know how Fd got to 4JX after being gone at least since you woke up at 6:40am?
-Why would Fd have been inside or driving EE's Tacoma on 5/24 when there were at least 2 cars at 4JX? (Jeep and Suburban).
-You drove from 4JX to 80 MS in separate cars arriving at 1:36pm. Did you see Fd leaving home with a cup of coffee?
-When would Fd have spilled coffee in EE's Tacoma if you drove there in tandem from home using the Jeep and Suburban?
-Is there a coffee maker at 80 MS? (It seems a reasonable question to ask when the cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, trash bags, small broom, and paper towels were needed from 4JX-IMO)
-How long did Fd spend cleaning the coffee spill?
-How often would you clean the properties owned by Fd?
-Do you have a housekeeper at 4JX?
-Why did you take your cellphone and Fd's cell phone to 4JX at 4:03pm before returning to 80 MS 20 minutes later?
-Was 5/24 different from your everyday workday schedule? How? (easily provable by cell records)
-What meeting were you preparing for? (She was a Fore Group employee afterall, and FD would've had to leave Farmington by latest 9:30am to pick up his children for the supervised 7 hr visitation Saturday)
-Why did you change your answers during each interview with investigators? (Giving her the opportunity to explain the lying from her POV. MT knew she had a safe audience with EM believing every word)
-How was Fd different that day? You spent the better part of 7 hours with him before it was reported that Jennifer was missing.
-When was the last time you had Starbucks for dinner? (certainly traceable)
-Was 5/24 the first time you've ever seen Marty?

IMO, It does not appear as if EM read the arrest warrants before offering her supportive opinion that MT did not know that Jennifer was missing as of the Albany Ave run. Had she asked even a handful of the questions between both posts, it would have shown that she was actually forming her opinion on something other than being charmed by a criminal defendant, her family, and JS. I firmly believe MT's responses would have changed the tone of the interview, and at the very least, shown that EM did some homework. If there is to be a tv special by EM, plenty of people will search online for the case, who otherwise didn't know about it before .

Reasons to believe MT knew prior to the Albany Ave evidence dump that Jennifer was missing:
-Jennifer's close friend called NCPD at 6:59pm on 5/24 to report Jennifer missing . Her friend told LE that Jennifer was going through a divorce with a man who had threatened her life and had a gun. It is likely that Fd would have been the first call, as next of kin at the time.

-NCPD confirmed to the Nanny that they had spoken to Fd. After that confirmation, Nanny returned Fd's call at 8:41pm.
(LE knows exactly what time FD was called, which should be interesting).

-On 5/26, Fd went to Gloria's apt in NYC demanding to see the children. The NYPD called NCPD, and were advised that FD was prohibited from visiting with his children unsupervised. Clearly, there is a record of FD in the NCPD system and would've seen that record when the call came in from Jennifer's friend. It is reasonable to believe that Fd would've been one, if not the first and only call on 5/24.

5/24/19 CAR SHUFFLE: PART 2 Questions, MOO
-Was MT going back and forth all day to 4JX to see if LE was there? I believe it's more likely that LE would go to 4JX first. Is that why MT took both her and FD's cell phones there at 4:23pm, and turned back around to go back to 80 MS, leaving both phones at 4JX? If LE were to ping their phones to locate them, they would go to 4JX. If they didn't answer, LE likely wouldn't have a search warrant quickly enough to enter on their own.

-A less savory thought, and I must admit it was my first thought....MT and FD knew that EE was due to arrive at 4JX around 4:30. At 4:03 MT leaves 80 MS in the Suburban (with Thule Rack) and pulls back into 80 MS at 4:23, leaving both cell phones at 4JX. Did she leave them on the kitchen bar so when PG got there, he would just assume they were in the house somewhere being naughty and he would be too embarrassed to go find them...and therefore take the Raptor home for the weekend?

-I actually think the top thought is more likely the case. They didn't know when Jennifer was going to be reported missing. If they had their cell phones on them, and didn't answer when the LE call came in, LE realistically could ping them and go to 80 MS. They knew that would be the end of them....so she made the phone drop at 4JX and that was likely the only reason for that roundtrip. (4:03 pm Troconis leaves 80 MS in Suburban with Thule rack. 4:23pm Troconis arrives back at 80 MS in Suburban-with no mention of Thule rack-leaving both cell phones at 4JX). As a mother who has a young child living with her, how could she NOT have her phone when her child was away from their home?

So, did Fd get a call close to 7pm and he and MT jumped in the Raptor to get that evidence out of their possession before being visited by LE? I've seen conflicting reports that NCPD found Jennifer's car at 7pm and 8pm.
-Fd and MT arrived at 4JX at approx 5:30 pm
-7:10 pm Fd and MT's phones leave the area of 4JX
-7:31pm: Fd entered Hartford surveillance on Albany Ave
According to Google Maps, it would likely take 15 mins MAX to get there from 4JX
-It also wouldn't surprise me to hear that Farmington PD did a drive by at 4JX soon after the 6:59pm missing report to NCPD, to see if there was any activity at the home. Certainly possible that Fd or MT saw the driveby.
-No matter the timing, Fd likely thought that the clock was ticking before he was contacted, if not visited by LE and had to get the evidence out of his/their possession.

If Fotis truly acted on his own to plan and commit the murder, why would he actively involve MT pretty much from the moment he returned from NC through the evidence dump ending at about 8:10pm that day? MT claims that she never asked Fd his whereabouts that morning, though once he was back they spent a good part of 7+ hours together.

A few more questions about her lunch and cleaning activities for M Troconis:

Since Clorox was among her cleaning supplies…not good for windows…and she said she shifted to cleaning bathrooms, why did the bathrooms need to be cleaned?

Did FD need a shower after returning to 80 Mountain Spring at 12:25 P.M.? It had been a tedious, exhausting morning for Mr. Dulos. I imagine he needed to clean up before returning to 4JX for lunch.

Great questions about how he managed to get from home for lunch Morgan. That lunch was evidently not spectacular for MT. She didn’t seem to remember much about it at all.

So, if she had no knowledge of what FD was doing, why did the times keep changing to provide a more favorable time for establishing FD was in Farmington earlier than he actually was? Did Fotis need that shower at MS? As Morgan said, how did FD arrive home for lunch?

What did they discuss during lunch? Where was he when he “called” her to ask her to come to MS to help with the cleaning?

Why did MT so drastically change her memory of Fotis’s attire during lunch? Did her memory improve?


M Troconis seemed to have had a habit of a “more truthful” memory throughout the interrogation process. Maybe it’s time for her to remember even more?

If she doesn’t she might find herself wearing bright yellow for many years to come.

Thank you; while I listened to the podcast, I had no idea that it was that new. So this does look like part of JS’s strategy, with MT’s next court date coming up this week. I can understand why EM wants to be part of this story, but she shouldn’t be saying stuff like she knows this is a much more interesting story than it is when someone is just “guilty”. I paraphrase, but it really was kind of outrageous. People listen to these podcasts and believe them, which is why the information in them needs to be accurate. EM is putting statements out there as facts, that she cannot know to be true, just listening to JS and the Troconis clan. She has no idea what Michelle Troconis knew or did not know, merely by talking to members of that family, especially MT, who is a known liar

Oh it's part of the strategy alright! That's the reason it's had me in a tizzy this week...and for all of the reasons you mention above. I just find EM's position on MT so outrageously irresponsible for a journalist. What was her motive? Because it certainly wasn't coming from an accurate or researched POV. She really just needed to do her homework. I hope we've added some clarity here for anyone who may be searching the case as a result of hearing that podcast. MOO

To your point, this was an unoccupied, 10,000 sq ft house for sale, with 5 1/2 gut-renovated bathrooms. Perhaps they were trying to keep all DNA evidence in one house, knowing that their primary residence would be part of a major search. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if Fotis showered WITH the bleach. But, I do think he hosed down at 80 MS before running or biking to 4JX for lunch with Michi if only to not bring Jennifer's DNA home. He would've needed to clean himself up with all of the blood that was found in NC. He tasked MT to clean up the traces of his shower at 80 MS. MOO

And for the windows. I thought visuals might be helpful here.

To clarify the timing Troconis gave to cleaning the windows:
3:55 pm-MT arrives at 80 MS in the Jeep
4:03 pm-MT leaves 80 MS in the Suburban

She sure gave up cleaning those windows quickly.

AFAIK while handling Marketing for Fore Group, Michelle Troconis published only in English. Has anyone noticed any other materials?

A court-provided translator adds to the State's cost. If Atty Schoenhorn and others are concerned about the cost to the taxpayers of this investigation & case, perhaps the translator could be funded by these people; this group could cover the delays & increasing court costs from the motions motions motions as well?

The cost to Jennifer & to the children cannot be repaid IMHO.

I do hope the State can show MT understands and speaks English perfectly and this Spanish bit is nonsense. I think she had a problem understanding the Spanish interpreter the one time when she removed the ear pieces in court.

When she is in zoom....where is the interpreter? That person is not in the same room with her....anyone know?
