With all the motions JLS keeps filing, I expect the pretrial hearing date already calendared at 3/16/21 will keep getting pushed back.

I recall there was no hearing date set for MT during her last court appearance and April 5 hearing for KM.

It looks to me that LB probably talked to Rena for the anniversary of FD's death and got the "dark story" quote above and used her dated info to add copy to the quote. Lazy journalism...

I agree it's possible. I also think we may see more filings from him between now and then, once he assesses the fallout of his own doing after this weeks drop (both to the court and distributed swiftly to the media).

on Brad Ragaglia - Farmington #H14C-CR20-0180107-S he "was" supposed to have a court date on 2/10 - was wondering if attorneys are still meeting & dismissing his case?

It was in community court so I doubt it but it was moved to 3/18

One of the surprising comments from the program by Laura Ingel was the revelation that Dulos called her Christmas morning (2019) to wish her Merry Christmas. (Using a phone with a Miami number) She had recently done a fairly long interview with him. He also said he wanted to meet with her soon when it's more private to further discuss the case.

She felt that he was trying to implicate the ex-employee further in the crime????

He committed suicide about a month later...hmmmmm. FD's emotional state around the holidays seemed fragile. This is also the time that Brad R. entered his life. IMO...MOO

Remember that MT also had to be transported to Stamford Hospital after being released on bond.
They really didn’t prepare for getting caught did they.
