First mention of zip ties specifically?Darrell Wint took police to location 51st Pl and Frolich Ln, showed them a burned debris pile, zip ties in pile.
The prosecutor mentioned the zip ties. DW said he didn’t know what the picture was of. Prosecutor showed DW a photo, but it wasn’t published in the courtroom. The attorneys approached the bench before this exchange.First mention of zip ties specifically?
So I guess he 'had to ' forget his cell phone in the cars because he had to explain why his phone was pinging the way it was.
So while he was partying with Ed, his alibi, who has since died, his phone was making its way to and from the crime scene.
Lunch break until 2:15.

Where did you find information about his phone pinging @katydid23
That's where the van was burned. What was the significance of that?
I believe so. I recall duct tape, and that residue from tape was found on the victims so I assumed tape was used to bind them but don't recall zip ties. MOOFirst mention of zip ties specifically?

Daron Wint has so far stuck to story that brother Darrell carried out the murders on Woodland Drive & he was angry with him until Prosecutor Laura Bach threw a curveball. Wint said he did not know Darrell had given interview to police and took them to where van was set on fire. This from Paul Wagner, stay tuned for the full explanation.
He’s sticking to his story but there’s a lot of “I don’t recall” He hasn’t seemed upset or flustered in my opinion. His story is ridiculous, but his demeanor has been good. Thanks so much for your 1st hand reports,
Is the prosecutor making any headway against the defendant's story?

Do we know yet how Darrell knew where the van was set on fire? Will Darrell be a government winess on rebuttal?
My guess is he will be called as a rebuttal witness. Hopefully I’ll be able to be here for that.
