Being from New Orleans, that first character at the bottom looks like it has a fleur de lis inside it. Maybe a D with a fleur de lis?

As a matter of fact, diks sporting goods (I figure it will star that) is DSG brand. Could easily be a black and gold saints shirt from there. I haven't had luck finding, but someone else might with that info
