Evidence connecting JR, CWW and/or MS to one another. How/when do their paths cross?

Congrats Creepingskills on the winning post. I think that the FB post definitely played a part but my first thought was that
it was all over the news that Holistic doctors were being murdered and this was the geniuses attempt to include
TS in that scenario so that LE would go in another direction. So smart, NOT!

I completely agree with you re: the holistic doctor murder conspiracy theory, it was probably one of many 'back up' plans thought of by the killers. Skinner also threw in some speculation that MS's sister, a homeopathic doctor (his words, not mine), mysteriously died in FL years earlier and MS wasn't sure the COD was natural.

Southwest Florida International Airport
11pm arrival
Luggage? Surely MS would be bringing everything back, since her arrival was late and she had to work the next morning. She would/should have only a carry on bag.
Add time to get to her mini van.
30 minutes (19 miles) to her home on Jarvis.
Probably home around 11:45-midnight.
Absolutely heartbreaking.

I think it would be later than that
I'm sure they had to park in the long term lot.
U have to wait for the shuttle to drive u to the lot and depending upon others on the bus how long u are on there so id say 1/2 hr from the terminal to the van... at least.

half hr to her home.
And yes it is heartbreaking!

Plus it can take awhile to get off the plane. Maybe she was proactive and sat in front or the plane wasn't crowded. Idk.

And (in my opinion), MS wanted to know what time she actually landed by asking her to call him from the airport. I would imagine he then contacted CWW to say what time she would be arriving home.

Perhaps he borrowed a phone, or used a burner to call CWW, as he would not want a record of that. My opinion only.

I fly this airport often. Its nice and not huge but it does take time to get out and to get to the car and to pay the parking and get on the interstate.

I don't think he used a phone at all. If he did I'm sure he used JR's!

Thank U but I'm trying to find out what airport in Florida she few to.
Has to be Ft Myers yes? (Southwest ) Its the closest to her home.

If I recall correctly, someone in the know, said it was a smaller airport that she arrived at (not Ft. Myers) but I don't have a link to the post.

TS flew into Southwest Florida International in Ft. Myers. The smaller airport was in CT.

It was Ft. Myers! It was a smaller one they used to go to Conn. Westchester! I think.

Thanks for the correction. I knew I'd seen "smaller airport" and assumed it was where she arrived home. Sorry for the confusion!

I was reading about a crazy divorce yesterday in the NYPost, husband installed an app called 'm Spy' on wife's iPhone.

"mSpy is the most popular and user-friendly application for watching over your kids, preventing theft, and supervising your employees’ performance. Our mobile monitoring software runs on the target device to track all activity including call log history, GPS location, calendar updates, text messages, emails, web history, and much more! After following our easy, step by step instructions on how to create your own personal online mSpy account, you may log in to immediately begin viewing the tracked data."

I wonder if MS put a spy app on his wife's phone? On the other hand, TS could have voluntarily 'shared her location' at all times with MS either through an app or cell service. Verizon has a 'family locator' feature that does this, and so do iPhones.

"...Wright was seen on surveillance cameras at a South Fort Myers Walmart just one day before Dr. Sievers' body was found..."

The strongest evidence would be accurately identified video of the walking, talking body of Wright. The lawyer could not have evidence stronger than that. (Nice try cww)

The lawyer probably has his wife's statement that CWW was with her when the murder took place. IMO LSCO has a mountain of evidence, in addition to (and probably stronger than) the Walmart video placing CWW in FL at the time of death. CWW might have wanted a peak at exactly what else, what other evidence LCSO has on him. I hope JR spilled the beans when he was interviewed by LCSO.

Did SMS say the interviews with JR and CWW would come out under the Sunshine law? IIRC yes. I don't know whether this means transcription, notes/reports, or (hopefully) both. Anyone?

BBM:

Creepingskills, is this a Florida law about taking 2 weeks for a replacement license? I have lived in SC for 10 years and I chose the 10 year license; a few years after I
got new license I lost it and went immediately to the DMV and had a new one in minutes.
Moral of this story is, I found my license a couple weeks later under my seat and I looked there for it a couple times.
I think you are supposed to turn it in after that but I'm positive not
everyone does though.
Y'all know where I'm going with this, right?

Oh, about the neighbor spotting a Fl plate in Mo. I thought I read that in one of the articles from FL I think.

Too funny, FL is *the* place to lose your license!

SMS said the charging documents would come out but not the case report which is evidentiary in nature, and which would include interviews. I do recall that he said they can withhold certain items since it is still an ongoing investigation. That being the case, I don't think we will see transcripts of any jailhouse interviews.

I thought that in Florida when the State gives evidence to the defense the public has access to it also.

Maybe I'm not remembering correctly.

(4) Are records released to the defendant considered to be criminal investigative or intelligence information?
Except in limited circumstances, records which have been given or are required to be given to the person arrested cannot be withheld from public inspection as criminal investigative or intelligence information. See s. 119.011(3)(c)5., F.S. In other words, once the material has been made available to the defendant as part of the discovery process in a criminal proceeding, the material is ordinarily no longer considered to be exempt criminal investigative or criminal intelligence information.

Thanks cpeacock1, yes I picked that name as my twitter handle back in 09 however I don't tweet so I own it! lol
