PALM COAST, Fla. -- Flagler County deputies are searching for a man they say forced hundreds of children into child *advertiser censored*. They also believe he forced his own daughter into prostitution and it may have been happening for the last ten years.
Alton Everett Smith is on the run from the law, the sheriff's office said, and he may be in the Daytona Beach area.
Smith is accused of using a photography business and a makeshift studio in his own home to take sexually-explicit pictures of hundreds of children.
Investigators believe he may be on his sailboat, possible in the Intracoastal Waterway.
The details are coming to light because investigators arrested Smith's daughter for prostitution, only to learn her father was setting up the deals for her. Investigators went to Smith's Palm Coast home and saw the child pictures, along with cameras set up to broadcast sex acts live on the Internet.
What started as a very simple prostitution investigation, the sheriffs office said, has unraveled into a huge case.

PALM COAST, Fla. (AP) -- Deputies were searching for a man and his adult daughter after hundreds of pornographic photographs of children were found on a home computer during a prostitution investigation, authorities said Wednesday.
Alton Everett Smith Jr., 46, may be traveling on the Intracoastal Waterway in a sailboat with his daughter Kristilyn Smith, 25, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office said. She is wanted on child neglect charges relating to her autistic son, authorities said.
His wife, Tina Marie Smith, 43, was arrested on Tuesday and faces 37 counts of possession of child *advertiser censored* after investigators found the photos on computer in their home in Palm Coast, about 30 miles north of Daytona Beach. A jail official said there was no information on whether Tina Marie Smith had an attorney.

Authorities believe most of the pornographic photos and videos of children were taken in Alton Everett Smith's Daytona Beach photography studio called Hot Shots A1A Models and Photography. It closed about 18 months ago.
The sheriff's office is asking anyone who thinks their child was victimized to contact them.

I didn't realize this poor girl was doing this for all these years. She's 25 years old now. She's still missing with the father and wanted on suspected child neglect charges I believe it said. She has a six year old autistic son. This is all too sad. How the he** did this creep have access to all these children?

A roomate told authorities she thought the father and daughter were husband and wife and the true mother was Alton Smith's sister. The father and daughter shared a bedroom while mom shared a room with Kristilyn's little boy.

Now one has to wonder if that poor little boy is the child of his grandpop. Man oh man talk about freakin messed up. No doubt the father has been abusing this woman since she was a child. Can't they just take him out. Just get rid of this freak?

Both father and daughter deny incest charges. Thank goodness the little boy's natural father isn't his grandpop. The biological father has no contact with his son. Absconded.

Creepy Alton Smith's bail is not getting lowered. His daughter's has been but she remains in the jail. Looks like the freak mother is still locked up as well. Oh it came out this is Kristilynn's stepmother.

Steely, this guy had a photography studio as of I think last year. I'd have to reread, but I think he got the children in his studio. That sounds hinky though. Who on God's great green earth would leave their little kid with this guy?
