Tuesday, May 24th:
*Motions Hearing (Murder & Firearms charges) (@ 10:30am ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof). for *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 28) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23.

4/22/22 Update: Motion hearing on 5/20/22. Added motion hearing on all pending motions on 5/25/22 @ 10am & status hearing on 6/3/22 @ 8:30am. 5/12/22: Subpoena served on Nathan Mickens for 8/16/22. 5/18/22: Amended notice of hearing filed. 5/19/22: Motion hearing on 5/25/22 deleted. 5/20/22 Update: New motions hearing on 5/24/22 for all pending motions @ 10am. Motions hearing on 6/2/22 @ 10:30am, status hearing on 6/3/22 @ 1:30pm.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

4/22/22: Order to transport. Status hearing on 6/3/22. Hearing moved from 8:30am to 1:30pm.
*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

4/8/22 Update: Next status hearing on 6/3/22. 5/10/22: Supplemental discovery. Amended order on status conference. 5/11/22: Supplemental discovery. Next status hearing on 6/3/22 @ 1:30pm.
*Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 28) – Accessory & Perjury: Pretrial conference hearing on 7/26/22.
*William Robert Wiggins (21/now 23) – Status conference hearing on 6/7/22.
 
@PayrollNerd - next I have for TJ on the murder charge is a motions hearing 6/2 - I'll go ahead & move him there in my notes. And if anything different - let me know.
Also have the murder charge & the other ones for a status hearing on 6/3/22.

Actually these are the same case #s - you didn't have one for the murder #2020CF005654A000XX - this one I have on 6/2/22 per my notes or was this also moved to 6/3/22?
 
Saw Robert and TJ’s mom last night in person. She is still defending them. I just.. I don’t know. It makes me mad because at the end of the day, TJ committed a murder. Robert knew what he was doing with his part of it. I find it hard to look her in the face knowing she’s supporting her murderer child.

Thanks for the family update. To be honest, I can understand a mother expressing the Christian cliché "hate the sin, love the sinner" but IMO, this also means acknowledging the sin and the punishment for murdering three men.
