Circumstances of Disappearance
In 1990, Emma Staten was last seen at a nightclub, since closed, in west Palatka. The next day, she was nowhere to be found.

She was reported missing on June 5th, 1990. She has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance. Foul play is suspected.

I don't think this has been mentioned yet. The race, age, and location match up perfectly. The only thing that concerns me is the unknown postmortem interval since Emma went missing 9 years before the UID was found. Other than that, I can't find any other issues. The UID has no exclusions.
