A one-time business partner to hotel heiress and anti-child abuse advocate Paris Hilton has been charged with hiring a jailed rapper’s former head of security to kill a documentary filmmaker whose movie he suspected would portray him in a negative light.

Fereidoun Khalilian, 51, who paired with Hilton to launch Club Paris in Orlando in 2004, is accused of offering a hitman $20,000 to take out a former associate who was working on a documentary about him, federal investigators said in a criminal complaint filed Thursday. The would-be hitman, identified in court documents only as M.S., appeared to go along with the plan, but instead ultimately teamed up with the target, staging a fake crime scene that appeared to depict the murder and telling federal law enforcement about the murder plot.

Some fun facts about this guy:
  • It is reported that in 2005, police were called after a passerby reported Khalilian was trying to rape a woman outside Club Paris. “I’m a diplomat. You can’t arrest me. I own Club Paris,” Khalilian allegedly told the police, according to a police report viewed by TMZ. He was later found guilty on a battery charge and ordered to complete an anger management course, according to court records
  • When Hilton failed to show up for scheduled appearances at the club, the relationship soured. In April 2007, Khalilian “fired” Hilton and the club shut down the following year
  • Khalilian was hit with a suit from a former employee alleging he demanded sex from her and retaliated against her when she refused. A federal judge found in the woman’s favor, and ruled Khalilian owed her $14,000 in compensation.
  • He's apparently besties with Wilmer Valderamma (Fez from That 70s Show, guy who dated Demi Lovato when he was 29 and she was 17...)
  • In late 2007, Khalilian was charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment after a former employee at Club Paris told Orlando police he had raped her in his apartment, according to the Orlando Sentinel. Khalilian pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and was sentenced to one year probation.
  • His "business" My Car Solution was raided by federal authorities - the company was shut down by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and fined $4 million
  • Ten years before the above ruling, he was banned by the FTC from all travel-related telemarketing, and ordered to pay $185,000 to consumers after making deceptive pitches for travel packages
  • He is known as "The King of Robocallers" and is now prohibited from all telemarketing by way of federal order lol
  • attributes his wealth to being a “royal prince from the Middle East" - a lie
  • his bodyguards reported that Khalilian would “have them wear Secret Service pins and fake earpieces that were not connected to radios and tell people that Khalilian was a diplomat"
  • He ripped off the (Native American) Iowa Tribe for 9 million dollars - he was supposed to design software for them & never did
  • The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma filed suit against Khalilian in federal court alleging he had cheated them out of $13 million in a similar scheme three years before the Iowa Tribe incident
  • Khalilian was chief operating officer of Monster Products Inc, an audio company known for developing Beats By Dre headphones in 2017/2018
  • Later in 2018, Monster Products released a statement that good ol' Fred had been “exited” from the company due to “threats of mutilation, death, and threats to family” against employees
  • In 2019, he was found liable for $4.7 million in damages for swindling a former business partner and using the money to buy Rolex watches, a Lamborghini, AND stays at deluxe hotels
I'm really shocked this guy is still alive after swindling MILLIONS of dollars from multiple NA tribes, rich people, rich corporations, etc, etc, this, that, and the other. The absolute audacity of this dude is incomprehensible.

So, in around 2019, the guy starts working on a documentary about Fred. He worked for Fred back in 2009, fixed his computer then Fred thought he was smart so he hired him for his doomed company My Car Solution. I stated how that went above. They bumped back into eachother in 2019, and the guy researches Fred a bit after Fred says how he's a prince blah blah, and the guy finds all this fraud & money garbage going on, as well as Fred's history of sexual assault.

He decides to make an expose documentary on Fred. Fred doesn't like that too much. Fred pays former bodyguard $20k to kill this guy. Guy and bodyguard work together with FBI to fake the guy's death. Here's the pic. Too funny.

"He was charged on Thursday with murder for hire. In cases where no one is ultimately hurt, the charge carries a variable sentence of between zero to 10 years and the possibility of a fine."

Khalilian and Esco met in 2009 in Miami, FBI agent Michael Fukuda wrote in a sworn affidavit. Esco was working at a computer repair store and made such an impression on Khalilian by fixing his computer that Khalilian hired him to work at his telemarketing company, tripling his salary, Fukuda wrote.

During that time, Khalilian allegedly wore expensive jewelry and claimed to be a billionaire. He drove a Range Rover and said he had a Lamborghini and a Bugatti back at his mansion, Fukuda wrote. He allegedly traveled with at least four bodyguards and went to nightclubs where he would spend $50,000 in a night.

Khalilian explained his wealth by claiming to be a prince from the Middle East, but Esco grew suspicious of the claim after hearing him identify his homeland as several different Middle Eastern countries, depending on which business associate he was speaking with, Fukuda wrote.
