Found Safe FL - Jesmine Cedillo-Ramirez, 2, Homestead, 14 November 2019

FDLE said the 2-year-old may be with Diego Cedillo-Hernandez, 23, and was last seen on 9th Street in Homestead, Florida.

Jesmine was last seen wearing a green and white striped shirt, red pants and pink slippers.

FDLE said the two may be traveling in a 2006 white Hyundai Azera with the Florida tag number Z782JS.

Not in Homestead. Many of the Latinos are short statures, I always noticed.

A companion adult, to my knowledge is someone who is disabled to varying degrees that needs assistance with a variety of daily tasks.. Depending how severe.

According to Homestead Police, this incident is not an abduction, but a custody issue. Cedillo-Hernandez is Jesmine’s father, but the girl does not live with him, and police said they have sufficient concern for Jesmine’s safety to want to know where she is at this time.

Detectives also said Cedillo-Hernandez is wanted for domestic battery.
