The Assistant State Atty is back in courtroom/ seated. Still no sign of Ebron or defense Atty. Hearing nearly 1 1/2 overdue.
 
Pending defense motions to omit:

- Testimony that the Ravenwood Apartments is a "high crime area"

- Any DNA found in apt. or on Ebron's clothes.

- All statements from JR or any allegations from her.

- Any injunctions against Ebron.

- Calling the plastic key (re: the planned escape) a "key."

- Any statements Ebron made to LE that they consider to be false, i.e. his story about the auto theft.

- Wants the child to testify.
