*Status Hearing (@ 9am ET) - FL - Jaisyn Burgos (8) strangled by mother & ran errands with his dead body in car, Hialeah, Nov. 16, 2023 - *Shaneka Ann McKinzie (36) arrested & charged (11/16/23) & arraigned (12/7/23) with 2nd degree murder (with weapon). Held without bond. Plead not guilty. Miami-Dade County
Trial was set to begin on 4/1/24 was continued with no further dates.
Prosecutor Lindsay Davis.
