So gross, reminded me of the body of poor Summer Inman. Tragic and sick. She was recovered and identified. I still think of her at times. Brutal.

Yes,

This was on NAMUS "Estimated Year of Death1990-2015"
Oh wow.. thank you Ray of hope. Makes me wonder if it’s someone from NY since owner had address in NY. I will see if I find anything.

Property records show that house was sold

Jun, 2016

Dec 1995, Sold This was part of a multi-property sale.

Nov 1994, Sold

Oct 1994, Sold

Jul 1992, Sold

Feb 1988, Sold

May 1987, Sold

Jun 1986, Sold

I noticed that in Dec 1995 it says sold part if a multi property sale. So I am assuming that would be the one owner.

It is weird though it sold October 1994 and then a month later In November 1994… and then by December 1995 it sold as a multi property sale..

I am wondering now .. first off why it sold one moth after it was bought. Then also if the house sat unoccupied until the multi property sale in Dec 1995 and lastly if anyone significant went missing from 1994 to 1995….

Just some thoughts

I am surprised it does not mention septic tank

I'm in the area. I may stop in to the police station on an errands day.
Oh yay! that is great maybe you can get a bit more info. Maybe photo of clothing or tags of clothing that might help narrow the time of death. Or if they have been able to do any rule outs that have not been submitted to namus. Thank you for your interest in this forgotten case.

Like so many cases, you also have to wonder if it could be solved by genetic geneology, if necessary.

Someone out there is missing this man and wondering what happened to him, and the circumstances being what they are, he needs to be identified. I know there are many unsolved cases waiting in FL, though.

One possibility for the October 1994 and November 1994 sales is that it was simply a correction made to the deed that had to be re-recorded.
As far as the December 1995 sale, I wonder if the same owner owned multiple lots that were platted separately that were then sold together. It's a 5 acre property so maybe at one time it was 5 one acre lots.
Complete speculation on my part.

Don’t know if he has been mentioned on the thread but he went missing in 1994

The foil, lighter and visine could be indicative of drug use. However, it could also simply be stuff that was flushed down the toilet, no?

I was thinking the same thing.
Then I thought of that woman that killed her friend with visione and made me think.. is this how the guy was murdered?

And also noticed the guy had a shirt And sweater but no pants or underwear
