The plaintiff is the State, and they always use generic info in terms of DOB, height, weight, etc.

Im sorry all.. I know I bring up stuff you all discussed in threads 1,2,3 thru thread 23... but give a girl a break.... I wasnt here then and i cant remember everything I read on 23 posts with 25 pages each.... even after Ive read and reread them, just tryin not to do what I have just done.... AGAIN...

The indigent part.

you have to be declared indigent to qualify for a public defender. they try to do this as early as possible (qualify, or disqualify) in case you do not qualify and need to hire your own attorney.

A lot of times the mere fact someone is sitting in jail unable to make bond is enough to declare one indigent.

After reading this article, I have to wonder. What is it that one has to do to actually spend some time in prison?

Apparently what this guy did was not enough.

I just looked to see if he has appt. with some judge and I found some unsafe vehicle cond. back on 95.. but has a dob 5/11/62 .. that would make him 47yrs old. not 24. grrrrr i used all 3 names given to do search for records too.
