Nelson Roman – The Charley Project
I wonder about Nelson Roman who was missing from NY but later revealed to have an apartment in Florida and never cashed his 10 June 1981 tax refund. He matches on height and slightly off on weight (but the UID had been in the water for some time so assume the weight may be a few pounds off). All the family photos of Nelson show him with hair, but if he was actively seeking to start a new life as the Charley Project info indicates, then he could have shaved it.

I feel like he has similar ears but a different shaped crown of the head but then, looking at his photos it's pretty hard to see under all that hair! The sketch shows his nose as wider than the UID but looking at his photos on Charley Project I don't think that's the case at all - I think his nose is thinner.
