This is disturbing, a family member knew it happened at least 100 times, they should be charged too.

Poor dog...

Though rare, I've always suspected that there are dogs out there being secretly abused this way.

My hope is that abusers of all kinds who especially harm innocent humans and/or animals who cannot speak for themselves are given the justice they deserve.
