There are two posts plus a chart for the pre-trial of the lesser crimes, at #214 and #241. These have also long been on our Astro Calendar, if you prefer.

It is one thing to say, "Guess who gets to spend life in prison if they don't find her" and another thing to serve the time. You will read under the chart that the prisoner is frantic for freedom and is unstable. She is Mercury, out of bounds in declination.

Because Uranus is so integral to her confinement experience, having been afflicted in her chart since first arrest, the direct motion of this outer planet (occurs next Tuesday, December 1) has much to do with her and her cases. Uranus is on her Mercury and square her Uranus and Mars. No wonder the proposed "solutions" to her predicament and the way her Team goes about implementing them are so outrageous.

That's funny. I used the reporter, Adam Longo's statement, that the motions were filed at closing and found out court closed at 5:00 p.m. promptly for Thanksgiving holiday, so that was the time I used for the chart I will be posting in a moment!

I wonder if the casulity/tragedy will be GA & CA's marriage. The timing is right IIRC from one of your earlier charts about their marriage falling apart around this time!

Yes, I did write that the future for this marriage looks bleak circa the solar eclipse in January, mid-month. That eclipse is exactly opposite Uranus of divorces in the very public Tenth House of the composite chart of Geo. & Cindy. Uranus is found with the Sun of the couple in that chart, so dissolution of the bond was always a threat. George himself also projected the demise of the marriage due to this crime and its prosecution.

Both are so invested in this ongoing court process that it seems they will hold the marriage together through sheer force of will, against all odds. The Anthonys will try to hold it together, whatever it takes. Each has had plenty of provocation to "melt the seal". After the January 15 solar eclipse, there will be another challenge when Mars hits their mutual Pluto next year. That will be on May 28 and 29, at the same time Saturn opposes the prisoner's Sun.

Was there ever a chart done on DC, the PI, filing the motion to strike his deposition? It seems he is working awfully hard not to be deposed which makes me want to know more.

The thing is, as Angel says, what he testifies to in his deposition cannot be believed or trusted. He seems to know what is demanded by law and expected by those he answers to but he merely arranges his statements to conform rather than telling the truth. His bar complaint re: employer Jose Baez was dismissed after bar investigation. As for money being owed him, he probably does have a just grievance there but what he says about the case loses interest because it can in no way be relied upon. He simply does not strike me as a p.i. who would work pro bono.

He is a confirmed equivocator and prevaricator and for those reasons, I find anything and everything he has to say totally uninteresting. He may be a fine person otherwise but it is a waste of time, as I see it, to listen to or read his fabrications. Even when he is caught in a lie, the truth doesn't surface, only his self-contradictions so there is nothing to be gained in my opinion.

I have a question about the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in June 2010 -it is conjunct KC's natal Sun with transiting Saturn in opposition. What does this mean for her trial? Isn't that around the time it's supposed to be happening?

I believe it was earlier this year the charts showed that possibly AL may leave the team in January of 2010. Not sure but I think I remember you posting that. Would that mean SA may have to take the DP off the table from not enough evidence or a possible deal worked out by AL?

Okay, I found it. It is on the 11th Thread, Post #292. Could it be another DP attorney who would be willing to take over, more to KC's liking?

smolea, that interesting configuration occurs in May 2010. That month there is a New Moon 23° Taurus and a Full Moon 6II. The New Moon repeats the Ascendant for defense motion filed naming Roy M. Kronk a suspect, so the Kronk matter will be prominent after that New Moon. The Full Moon repeats the Moon's position when Caylee's remains were found on December 11, 2008 so we will be going over all of that ground and the evidence from the scene will be under scrutiny again.
