I sure hope they can prove that he stalked AM. He seems to have been aware that she had ties to Charlottesville. I believe he is the anon who mentioned, on ask fm, her leggings, getting pot, and possibly read her comment about the Liberty gas station. Remember, AM's aunt remembers seeing RAT's vehicle on the Murphy's street.

I wonder if they will deal with the issue of the resident, on the horseshoe-shaped road that heard/saw a white vehicle come down the road and go out the unusual way.

Does anyone know if LE can id who it was posting those sick comments on AM's SM as "anon". If it was RAT, online stalking would be pretty evident, right down to anon saying they will probably meet that weekend, and posting a countdown.

Yes, I remember that and iirc RAT inferred that CRD had a beer with him. I just figured RAT saved or just took a bottle from trash from anywhere.

IMO, That was a lie. As we would later learn, his son started at the HS in September...after Alexis disappeared.

I wonder if RAT knew the unidentified DNA contributor in Morgan Harrington's case and if he and that guy may have worked together re: MH's murder.
RAT was in the area in 2009. I just keep thinking of how he made sure police knew about that Icehouse beer and his effort to set up CRD.

If LE has any physical evidence that RAT's DNA (or fingerprints) were in Alexis's car, then that would be a huge point.... it all hinges on who drove that car back to Carmike.

My biggest question is, for them to charge him with murder, doesn't there have to be undeniable physical evidence proving that 1) Alexis lost an unrecoverable volume of blood, 2) There is enough physical evidence to place her in his trailer and his DNA physically returning her car to the lot.

I would say that the evidence they have so far proves undeniably without a doubt that he is responsible for whatever happened to Alexis. Nothing else needed. He did it and he was alone when he did.

Yes, and I hope that they put T P (Vann) on the stand to testify that he was a car detailer, her personal assistant, worked on the used car lot, stayed at her house, how she has the former teen, beauty pageant contestant, daughter and that RAT was with her the night before Alexis disappeared.

I wonder if he was near her the nights before other girls went missing? (MH, SC, DS, etc)

Jeremy D’Errico, an FBI computer scientist, testified Monday he searched Taylor’s camper for a cellphone Aug. 11 and found the navy blue shirt “balled up” about an arm’s length under a sofa. The shirt contained hair extensions and an eyelash extension, he said.

Jon Cromer, of the Virginia State Police, said the hair “was enough to make a ponytail of” and outside of the scope of the team’s search warrant so the camper was sealed and he left to get another warrant.

Hallahan said Taylor gave a statement to police that he drank Ice House beers with a man who was with Murphy in his camper that night and asked if bottles were examined; Overholt replied two Ice House bottles were collected and analyzed.

That's called loitering! Why didn't anyone call the cops, especially if they thought he was creepy! Alexis should have been saved and could have...it sounds like! SMH! We all need to remain vigilant all the time...the world is a very cruel place these days!!
