Found Deceased ID - Joshua Vallow, 7, & Tylee Ryan, 17, Rexburg, Sept 2019 *mom arrested* #28

I don't think AxC commited suicide. But the motive could be that his sister and new bil took off for HI left him in ID, a loveless marriage, new name and a potential murder suspect of potentially 4 people. He could have easily just taken off and disappeared. I don't think he commited suicide.

I am wondering that the same person that killed AxC, killed the children, Tammy and Charles. I think that would explain why everyone was so calm when Charles died. They did not commit or potentially witness the violence. That extra person was not in the police report and left the scene. In fact, on the body cam, the officer asks if they know who that man inside is and AxC quickly gives Charle's name. Was there another man inside at some point that he had to quickly say his name and shut that line of questioning? I am fuzzy on the facts of when Lori and Tylee arrived outside. Were they there during the 911 call? I don't think Tylee even saw Charles on the floor and maybe didn't know he was dead. I think if she saw a dead body, she would have been shaken. Tylee not knowing or fully understanding what happened would also explain Lori acting like it was just embarassing that the police were in neighborhood. Lori had to make it seem like no big deal and may have just told her that he was hurt? It appears that the emergency crews were still there. The demeanor of the officer in the body cam video is light hearted as he knew they did not know there was a death. I think an officer would have acted a little more subdued yet still calm and reassuring. I would think he would even offering counseling services for Tylee. The officer might be just mirroring Lori's demeanor as well and already watching her behavior. The adults might be psychopaths, but Tylee was not due to her brother's description of her. All that to say, I believe there is another suspect. Someone that was not emotionally attached to any of them. MOO

Lori's and Alex' airport run from Rexburg to Idaho Falls was on September 19th.

When Rexburg PD catches Chad and Lori when they're chasing down the welfare check on JJ on November 26th, Chad and Lori called MelanieG and asked her lie to police that JJ was with her on that day. That night, Gilbert PD speak with Melanie by phone but she said that JJ hasn't been there (meaning Melanie's home in Arizona) for several months.

So....I'm just having trouble squaring up the fact that Melanie refused to lie to the police for them....but might have been willing to take JJ someplace to hide him.

EDITED TO ASK: How is it known that the person from the airport is a podcaster?

They came home from the airport and Lori (I think) introduced the woman they'd picked up at the airport as someone who did podcasts. The babysitter also mentioned the woman didn't seem to have any luggage with her.

i dunno.... Alex is really a conundrum. He frequented....

Do we have any evidence of his travels to or reason for being in South America? Or his gambling? I'm not doubting you at all, I just wonder how much weight to give such stories. If it was seen once on a social media comment by an anonymous poster I give it about zero credence but if someone say, posted several pictures of Alex in South America or in a casino I might give it some weight. I would try and figure it out myself but I totally don't understand social media or how to navigate there.

Okay, so maybe none of these people know a lot about autopsies. But if the exhumation was connected to AxC dying, what in the world did they think would be found so quickly on the autopsy of TD? Jmo

Not sure they left him in Idaho. He appears to have left/fled Idaho the same time as Lori and Chad did, stopping off in Vegas and ending up in Arizona where he died. Not that it makes a lot of difference, but at least in Arizona he presumably knew people other than Lori and ZP.

The woman they (said they) picked up at the airport while the Nanny watched JJ was introduced as someone who does podcasts. Based on players we know, possibly Melanie P or JR. She arrived on a Thursday and JJ was unenrolled from school the following Monday, never to be seen again. I’ve thought for a while whoever the woman is she was involved in JJ’s disappearance. Either she took him someplace or something unplanned happened that weekend that made it necessary for JJ to disappear.

The fact that both Chad and Lori both independently asked Melanie P to tell cops JJ was with her seems less random if she in fact was the last one to be seen w/a still alive JJ.

I don’t know what it would mean if true but the possibility of Melanie taking JJ someplace is the only scenario that gives me any hope he may still be alive.

The only thing that gives me pause though is his move to Rexburg. What would cause him to pull up roots in Springville and persuade his family to move there of all places? ..

I think the move to Rexburg was a few things, cheaper houses, get away from very watchful eyes of his family and Tammy's family, ...

Since the first days I got hooked on this case I can't get past this...Chad moves away from "home" in Utah based on his visions or his desire for cheaper housing or whatever the reason, and he just happens to settle down in a house where he can walk out the front door and he can smell what is cooking at his family member's house. A family member that is in MSM saying they "haven't been close in years"? If I can see your house from my house, I might use different words than we aren't close. There is no way this is coincidence.

The family member is not sleuthable and has nothing to do with LVD and the missing kids, but please...can someone who knows what the story is there PM me and explain this?

So I was reading the article again about Mary Tracy, AxC's friend. Posting an excerpt below:

"Tracy said Cox sent her four letters, and in the letters, he usually found a way to mention his ex-brother in law.

One letter excerpt read "Do me a favor. Call Janis. Ask her to put Joe's address on a post card and his license plate number. I think it will be popular here."

The "Janis" mentioned in the letter is Cox's mother.

In another letter, Tracy said Cox wrote "P.S., can you get a picture from Lori of one of her ex-husbands and send it to me? Some of the guys would like to hang out with him."

Okay, so it seems his mother is sort of okay with this kind of stuff. And who keeps a list of license plate numbers of the their family members? Or if asked to go get the license plate number and send it...wouldn't that be an enormous clue that the person is up to no good? Especially when asking from prison? Also, note the way he asks Mary to get a pic of JR in the last paragraph. I wonder which of his previous prison buddies he is still in touch with, if any.

AxC sure does seem like a bad guy when you read that, but I keep coming back to the thought we are all more complicated. I'm not saying AxC didn't do some bad things and karma didn't get him but I keep thinking here on WS we are giving him too much credit. Or placing too much blame on him. AxC is a part of a bigger story of that involves him but isn't ultimately much about him. Does that make sense? I should go to sleep...

As per the affidavit (not sure how to link it from timeline) Melanie has been working with authorities. IMO she will be called as a witness against Lori at the hearing. I don't think she had anything to do with his disappearance. She just had the misfortune of trusting the wrong people. I think once she realized that she had been gaslighted, she cooperated with LE.

I spent a silly amount of time a few days ago looking for recent real estate transactions in remote areas of Northern Arizona. I'm done with that theory. LE has this group's digital records. I feel they'd know by now if there was a "camp" somewhere." And if there was, they would have liberated the kids.

That’s something that has got me bugged! They have all this location data and much more evidence than we have, yet no rescue/retrieval search for the kids has commenced.

I realize they need a strong case for all the alleged murders, but sadly those folks are no longer alive - how is this helping find the missing kids?

Perhaps they feel that more charges/arrests will add the necessary pressure for someone to crack.

Thank you. That was the point I was trying to make. That Lori with all her lies is a big disadvantage as a client. I imagine any attorney wants to win their case. She doesn’t make things any easier

Legal question, if she’s not very cooperative and/or is undoubtedly guilty (I.e., highly unlikely the defense lawyer will “win”), would it behoove him to encourage her to take a plea deal rather than take his chances at trial? Mr. Means states on his website that he is more apt to go for a plea deal, but will go to trial if client so desires.

Excellent point. It certainly smells fishy to me that to prepare for the end times they flew to Kauai twice, bought some expensive wedding pics, and sat on the beach while staying in a lux villa. If they believed the end times was near they would be living simply and converting that money to actual gold or silver, something that withstands the collapse of an economy and of nations. MOO

BBM Do ya think she’ll be able to wallpaper her future prison cell with those beautiful expensive pictures?! I mean, she doesn’t have anybody else to give them to, except Chad. He can take a few for his own prison cell.

I actually felt a twinge if sorrow for her for a minute...she literally has no one...except Chad. And even he is tenuous. That to me is SO SAD! But then I remembered the kids and I’m over it. Where are they, Lori?!!
