Dr. Allen Momongan is searching for his daughter, Emelina Aguilar, who went missing in 2018. Emelina was allegedly abducted by her mother, Nelly Aguilar, on April, 2, 2018. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Nelly Aguilar on September 18, 2019. Any information that can be shared with the Northbrook Illinois Police Department, Missing in Illinois, NAMUS, NCMEC, federal or international authorities would be greatly appreciated.
