Yes, he now has an active warrant for theft/fraud for stealing and cashing checks.

I'm currently watching numerous officers, forensic van, K9 etc at the S Holmes address. It's on a social media live account,so not sure if this post is even within TOS. Just wanted to let ya'll know there's forward movement happening at the moment.
It's a relief, and it's gut wrenching.

I’m not the praying type... but I’m praying that they recover this little girl. We all know that she’s not alive at this point, but the thought of her being out there is gut wrenching. She deserves a proper resting place.
