ISP investigators were requested two days later by the Cass County Department of Child Services to investigate allegations of domestic battery to Bryson at his home in the 1700 block of W. US Highway 24 in Logansport. Police say that property is also owned by the Servant Leader’s Foundation.

Police have tried to contact Bryson’s parents, Daniel and Kristen, about his disappearance, but they’ve been unsuccessful
No explanation about why he has a black eye??

jmo

As if the black eye and busted lip weren't concerning enough, his ENTIRE face looks swollen especially under his other eye (another old black eye that has almost healed?)

Could just be the differences in lIghting or angles between the two photos but considering the other two obvious injuries...

Wonder what the reason was for the mother being pulled over so very quickly after leaving? Was the Chevy Suburban immediately called in as stolen? Family member in the Ohio house called with concerns about the injuries? Unrelated normal traffic stop?

Edited to add: The black eye in the missing child photos reminds me of that little girl years back where the provided missing photo also featured a black eye (can't recall her name) :(

Edited yet again:
"Police have tried to contact Bryson’s parents, Daniel and Kristen, about his disappearance, but they’ve been unsuccessful"

I really hope this kid ran away because of living in an abusive household, but my fear is that's probably not the case.

Nope don't like this at all. If you look at the location he went missing on Google maps. 1700 block of west US Highway 24 in Logansport Indiana And articles are saying the residence she was associated with is Servant Leaders Foundation which is sketchy at best because there's little to no information about this "foundation". On the map in that neighborhood there are two residences that are name marked on the map. https://bouldersmhp.com/ is one of them. It's like a cover up of a business. The website gives next to no information but testimony shows trailer homes and what appears of low income families. Wonder if this organization prays on vulnerable people.

I belive bouldersmhp is marked on Google maps because it's the main office (often times a mobile home converted into an office) for the mobile home community, which in this case is The Boulders at Logansport. They also own another mobile home community Lake Bluff Oaks in Danville, Illinois. The website etc all seems normal to me.

The Servant Leadership foundation though, I haven't found a whole lot of info on. Not for Kokomo specifically but organizations by the same name in NJ and Cali. Not super specific at either site about what they are/do or if they're affiliated with one another like same organization different chapters etc, which is kind of confusing.

*This is the only organization that even comes close:

With offices in Logansport and Kokomo, we are able to service many counties throughout central Indiana. We accept traditional Medicaid, private pay, and some insurances, so we are only a few short steps away from providing your loved one with the in-home care they need.

Indiana State Police Seeking Public's Assistance
in Locating Endangered Cass County Juvenile

The Indiana State Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Bryson Muir, a 14-year-old male from Logansport who is believed to be endangered. He was last seen on Sunday, June 16, 2024 leaving a family member’s residence in Ohio with his mother, Kristen Muir in a white 2015 Chevrolet Suburban belonging to Servant Leader’s Foundation in Kokomo. Shortly after leaving this residence, this vehicle was pulled over by the Garfield Heights (OH) Police Department, but Bryson was not in the vehicle.

On or about June 18, 2024, investigators with ISP were requested by the Cass County Department of Child Services to investigate allegations of domestic battery to Bryson, which was alleged to have occurred in the child’s home located in the 1700 block of west US Highway 24 in Logansport; property owned by the Servant Leader’s Foundation.

With the assistance of the Cass County Sheriff Department and the Cass County Department of Child Services, ISP has yet to locate Bryson. Additionally, efforts to contact Bryson’s parents, Daniel and Kristen Muir, have been unsuccessful.

If you or someone you know has information as to the whereabouts of Bryson Muir or his parents, please contact the Indiana State Police, Peru Post at: 1-800-382-0689 or call 911.

I don't see anything under the name "Servant Leadership Foundation," but I'm posting a link to a very long article from Sports Illustrated, dated July 18, 2020. It is about ex-NFL players who are members of an organization called "Straightway," which is believed, by some, to be a cult. Dan Muir is the head of the Indianapolis chapter of Straightway. The article mentions his wife, Kristin (their spelling) and his three sons. (I haven't read the full article yet -- it's lengthy.)

Along with Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, at least two other ex-NFL players have joined Straitway, the controversial ministry that many consider to be a cult.

*****
Muir now heads up the Indianapolis chapter of Straitway. His wife, Kristin, and their three sons followed him. Kristin stopped wearing makeup, began wearing a head covering and sold her Louis Vuitton and Gucci purses and wallets on Facebook, part of Straitway’s teachings to live simply, save money and share everything with the ministry.

*****
For instance, in March, Muir paid $450,000 for a house and 59 acres of land in Logansport, Indiana, 75 miles north of Indianapolis, to build an independent community. Muir would not say whether Mathis lives with him on the land, though Muir has posted several group photos of the Indianapolis community families to his personal Facebook page. Muir’s wife and sons are pictured, and so is Mathis, but Brandi and their children are not.

One of these?

Bryson's parents are named as Daniel and Kristen Muir.

Daniel Muir is a former NFL player.
*I found that yesterday and confirmed they have the same middle name but just could not believe it so I passed on it. But maybe it really is him...
*Daniel Travanti Muir out of Logansport, IN

Muir is one of many siblings and was raised by his Jamaican native parents in Lanham, Maryland. He married his college sweetheart Kristin Wright on April 25, 2009.

But details shared by those who lived on the group’s compound paint a bleak picture for more vulnerable members of the ministry. Numerous former followers tell of an existence ruled by an unbending adherence to the Old Testament, under the watch of a controlling leader who limits members’ interactions with the outside world. There are allegations of mistreatment of women and children, lack of access to proper health care, animosity toward the queer community and at least two instances of aggressive recruitment of teenagers against the wishes of their families, all while onerous financial demands make it difficult for anyone to leave.

Straitway members acknowledge that many believe they are a cult, whether it’s YouTube testimonials that address then dismiss the perception, or when KGB, in his interview with Sports Illustrated, called attention to his shirt, emblazoned with the word CULTURE—the CULT offset—across the front. Whether you call it a church, an extremist group or flat-out a cult, this is where Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila has pledged his faith and dedicated his life.

It's definitely him. The SI article mentions him buying the house and land in Logansport "to build an independent community."
