I'd like to focus attention on an account or witness (in MSM?) that there were 3 or 4 people who saw LS after CR went to bed. Anyone?
You took a lot of words right out of my mouth. IDK how a stranger abduction has been ruled out, but I guess LE has some pertinent information, pointing in another direction. One of the things that has been bothering me...was L kicked out of the bar? and if so, why? I've kept up with a few cases, and surprisingly, being kicked out of bars can often lead to disastrous results. For example...the model who was vacationing with her bf in Fla. He was kicked out of the bar and she was later found murdered. My friend's niece was recently kicked out of a local bar and within minutes, she was run over and killed by a hit and run driver. and now this case. IDK what needs to be done, but if someone is so drunk that the bar doesn't want him there, then maybe they should call the cops instead of tossing him into the street. My dd works at a bar and she told me about a young female who got kicked out the other night, for being 'too drunk'. She was escorted out the door where she immediately fell and hit her head on the concrete parking lot. This girl was with her bf, so he tended to her, but what would've happened if she had been alone?moo.Think of ALL the "smiley face" victims. They too were walking alone, drunk, in the wee hours. They were supposedly all (well, we don't know what in the world happened to them) taken by strangers. No one doubts this in their case - no one is trying to focus on their friends they went to the bar with. It's a given, to most observers, that somewhere on their walk they met with foul play from a stranger.
Why not in this case? Why don't we all view this the same - she was really too incapacitated to defend herself, she was an obvious and easy mark there all alone by herself and clearly intoxicated - why isn't the first thing that everyone thinks is of a stranger?
Seems to me that's the case. At any rate, there is one of the guys I think may have harmed her, but if that happened, I really don't think the others know.

If this has already been posted, I apologize for the repeat.

Anyway, we walked south on College. The sidewalk from 11th to 10th has very uneven pavement and a bunch of sharp-looking debri...bf was walking barefoot and speculated that it might feel better to walk in the road, esp if it were late and no one was around
You're right. Chapman made it clear his client doesn't know who called him. Here's another link:

Thanks for your post, bloom, but I don't think it's at all surprising the cops checked you out - that was what I assumed the white SUV was doing as I read about it - or that that's a bad thing. They want to know who might return to the scene of a crime.
Oh I thought it was because the story was already out there from HT saying that it was LS using JR's phone and that he did not want to say that he knew who the caller was, but yes you are right, it does sound more like he doesn't even want to say whose phone# it was?Now why would Chapman make it clear his client doesn't know who called him? Seems odd to put it that way. He certainly knows what cellphone his phone was called from and nobody would expect him to verify who dialed it.
You certainly have the right to speculate, but IMO it's better to base speculation on facts as we're told them by MSM.
I was even more creeped out hearing that someone was standing on the second floor of a building under construction on 11th. I suppose it could have been a security guard
