Oops - I should have checked the other article -

Porter County mom to get probation for obstructing son’s double murder case

Dec. 3, 2021

A Chesterton woman admitted Friday to obstruction of justice after emailing false tips to the Porter County Sheriff’s Office in her son’s 2019 double murder case.

Roxann Kerner, 48, of the 2100 block of Kelle Drive, pleaded guilty to the charge. Prosecutors agreed to dismiss perjury and a false informing charge. If a judge accepts, her sentence calls for 18 months on probation.
[.....]
Additionally, she allegedly lied on the stand during her son’s trial about renting a trailer which she said was for clearing downed trees on her property but was for hauling a car. Under the agreement, that charge would be dismissed.
[.....]
The teen’s co-defendant, John Silva, said he was in the basement at the time of the killings, then returned to the garage and helped clean up. He is being held in the Porter County Jail after his trial in June ended in a mistrial. He is scheduled for another trial to start on April 11 before Judge Michael Fish.

But no sentencing date in the article...

@Niner Thanks for the links.
Here is some info from the other article you posted a link to. It doesn't give a date, either. RK's attorney wanted the judge to sentence her on Friday but the prosecutor had other ideas...

"Fish set the later hearing date after Porter County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Armando Salinas Jr. said he wanted to have a pre-sentence report done on Roxann Kerner.

Salinas also told the judge he intends to call up to four witnesses during that sentencing hearing and provide letters ahead of time.

Brown questioned the purpose of the witnesses, whom he understands to be family members of the two victims in the murder case. The deceased are not victims in Roxann Kerner's case, Brown said, citing an appellate court ruling that referred to such a move as irrelevant.

Fish took the challenge under consideration."
