Info about signing up?

Hi
I am the teacher of a forensic science class. Many of my students are trying to make account and havent been able to. The error message says that they all have to call with their email addresses.....I dont know what else to get them to do....When they try to get to email you...our system wont let them on outlook...and we cant get the email to send their info to,....Help?...lol
