That is all the information currently available.
Blue Rose and Tequila KC Bar appear to be the two bars on 10th and Central. Both closing at 2am, so another shooter going in just before close.

It's 5am there now, so live news will be starting within the hour.

Yes I noticed that the reporter shares a last name with the previous mass shooter at a bar. Creepy.

Just got off the phone with Kansas City Police Department. They say this shooting happened at a bar some refer to as the "Tequila KC Bar." No suspects in custody. Could only say they're looking for a Hispanic male suspect. Don't know what kind of gun was used. #11Alive

The shooting suspect has not yet been detained, police said.
"We do not have a good enough description yet, to put anything out for a suspect, or suspects, we don't even know how many," Tomasic said.

Detectives are now on scene looking for surveillance video of the area. Officers have cleared the bar and are waiting on a search warrant to re-enter it.

"There are four people inside of the bar that are deceased," said Officer Thomas Tomasic of the Kansas City, KS Police Department. "There are five others that were transported to area hospitals last I've heard. I believe they're all in stable condition."

"One suspect in the shooting that killed four people at a Kansas City, Kansas, bar early Sunday has been arrested while police look for his alleged accomplice.

Javier Alatorre, 33, was arrested late Sunday afternoon across the nearby state line in Kansas City, Missouri, with help from the local police, FBI and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, according to a statement from police.

Authorities still were searching Monday for a second man, Hugo Villanueva-Morales, 29, who they said should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

Both have been charged with four counts of murder, with bond for each set at $1 million...."

Suspect was kicked out of Kansas bar before deadly shooting. He returned with a 2nd man and guns, witness says

One suspect in the Kansas bar shooting that left four men dead and five people injured has been arrested and a second suspect has been identified, police said.

Javier Alatorre, 23, was arrested late Sunday afternoon in Kansas City, Missouri, said a news release from the police department in Kansas City, Kansas, where the shooting occurred.
Police are searching for the second suspect, Hugo Villanueva-Morales, 29, and said he is considered armed and dangerous.
Both have been charged with four counts of murder in the first degree and their bonds have been set at $1 million each, the release said.

A bartender, Jose Valdez, told CNN affiliate WDAF the problem started when he refused to serve a man who'd caused problems months earlier. The man threw a glass at him and was thrown out of the club, Valdez said.

A few hours later, that man and a second man came through the back door with pistols, he said.

Police identified the four men killed as 58-year-old Martin Rodriguez Gonzales, 34-year-old Francisco Anaya-Garcia, 29-year-old Alfredo Calderon, and 29-year-old Ebar Meza-Aguirre.

Francisco Garcia Anaya, known to his friends as "Stranger," was at the Tequila KC bar with his fiancée and died in her arms, according to their friend, Shay Celedon. Celedon was with them at the bar but left two hours before the shooting.

A longtime bartender at Tequila KC says he came face to face with one of the shooters. FOX4's Sherae Honeycutt spoke with him Sunday morning about how this isn't the first time he's told him to leave.

Jose Valdez says as a bartender at Tequila KC he knows everyone who comes in and out of their bar. It's a community of regulars. Valdez says Saturday night when the suspect came in, he told him to leave. He never imagined he would come back with a gun and open fire.
