Details of Disappearance
Jay was last seen on June 7th, 2016 in Leawood, Kansas. His mom was laid to rest that day and he did not attend the funeral, which was to be had the next day at 10:30 a.m. at the Louis Memorial Chapel. According to records from the Department of Justice, Jay would seldom travel more than a few miles from home.There is concern that he is without medication which he would take daily.
He may be driving a black four-door 2009 Cadillac CTS with Kansas license tag 883-BFH.
