Lori Sue Freitas – The Charley Project

Details of Disappearance
Freitas was last seen in the 300 block of northeast Gordon in Topeka, Kansas on January 22, 2014. Her boyfriend stated she was going to the hospital, and never returned. She left her identification, wallet, cellular phone and other belongings behind and has never been heard from again.

Freitas and her boyfriend reportedly had a violent relationship. She is missing under unclear circumstances and her case remains unsolved.

Lori was last seen at 308 1/2 NE Gordon Topeka Ks. Her boyfriend Edwin Malone was the last person to see her. According to Edwin she was going to the hospital but didn't take her ID, wallet, cellphone or anything else when she left. According to witnesses Edwin and Lori had a violent relationship.

Lori has been missing for 10 years. It is interesting that her boyfriend at the time said she went to the hospital. For what reason? By herself on a bus and he couldn't be bothered to go with her? I don't think anyone is buying that story. What a shame LE couldn't solve this case. I feel for her family.
