After FLA says the last confirmed sighting of Lucas was from the neighbors on the 11th, I’m believing more now that Emily killed Lucas after Jonathan went back to work and she had to get rid of Lucas before her boys came back for their next visit to prove to their father she was no longer with Jonathan! Between being pissed at JH for getting CPS involved with his own erratic behavior and needing to “prove” JH was no longer in her life, she chose the avenue of killing Lucas!!!!! Hands down, my theory!

Yep! This was a LOT of our theories (us here on WS) until we were told the LL for sure saw Lucas alive the afternoon/evening of the 16th. I was almost sure of it....he'd been gone for some time and she only reported it Saturday because it was the latest she could wait before her kids would be back at her house again.

I honestly don't thin that she kept Lucas in the house for 6 days after he passed. That......would have been....messy for lack of a better word (I'm so sorry, I know it sounds terrible). We know he wasn't wrapped in a tarp, trash bag or anything like that. He was laid on the concrete and covered with branches/debris to conceal him.

Now I'm guessing she dumped him the day/night or next day after he passed and went back Saturday morning before reporting him missing to make sure he was not visible and she was sure he hadn't been found yet. THat would explain why she was comfortable driving there in the daylight as well as why she only stopped for 2 minutes. If anyone happened to see her it might just look like she had stopped to get out and check a tire or tend to a fussy baby.

The only bright light I can see at the end of this tunnel is the fact that EG's SECOND story still claims he was alive and in the home until the morning of the 16th. If they can prove he was no longer alive, or at least beyond a reasonable doubt - that would be a clencher for a jury, I would hope. Lying about him going missing on his own - then lying about when/how he died....

Now, can anyone remember what day it was that a neighbor stated that they saw EG's truck/car backed into the garage? At this point my brain is so fried from going every which way that I dont even remember if that was a MSM article or if a VI told us. *sigh*

The LL coming to check on the smell was in EG’s written statement that was entered into evidence during the CE TRIAL. He called twice while she was at OG and was going to meet her at the house about 6pm and that’s all that was read the next thing is she made chicken fries and French fries for Lucas, Gave the kids baths and put them to bed. And she thought maybe she talked to JH before she went to bed.

Tues., Feb. 13, 2018: Neighbor LB sees a white SUV backed up to the garage of the residence. She thought maybe they were moving things in.
 
Sorry for being late with my reply to this, but I watched a hockey game for a bit of a break, came back on here and read this post by FindLucasAllen:

As of right now, the last *confirmed* person to see Lucas other than Emily was the neighbor on the 11th when he was outside with the older boys.

Sweet Lord, so the majority of us could have been right, and he died on the 11th. Probably after her sons went home with their father. That would explain why he was missing on Valentine's Day, to which she blamed JO for it. Why she wasn't in any hurry to come home from OG- she probably had him either hidden somewhere else or she already placed his body in that culvert.

Also, her calling the land lord because of a smell? Is that relevant or not? The washing machine sitting outside the garage, after claiming she did loads and loads of laundry.

FindLucasAllen, I don't mean to put you on the spot, but were you ever given confirmation of the landlord's visit by LE or was this from another source? I was trying so hard to be respectful and not doubt either of you at the time, but that land lord visit threw a few theories out the window after we read that. I know you can only tell us so much, so don't worry about answering- I was just wondering if LE had confirmed that to you or Jamie and not another source.

God, my stomach is bothering me, might need Tums. I can't imagine what FLA and her family is going through right now, as well as Jonathan's family.

BBM - I agree, that is what makes sense! In order to see HER boys, and have any chance of ANYONE believing that she kicked out JH.....Lucas needed to be gone. Period. Remember we all discussed how on earth would she explain why she was still "watching/babysitting" Lucas for JH if they had broken up. This is a MOTIVE that makes sense to me. LIGHTBULB moment. THANKS @kidetect22

I really think since she had MH with JH she could have excused looking after Lucas away. My gut tells me her meth abuse is a huge factor in this and the fact that JH caused her ex to go to authorities infuriated her.

Great addition to the timeline... knowing LH may have been gone at this point, this is suspicious activity. And it would’ve taken place in daylight as EG and DM claim.
 
When Emily was released the 2nd time they said, “no charges are being filed today while investigators continue to follow up on newly developed leads and await the results of forensic examinations.” The way it’s worded stands out to me. What newly developed leads did they get and from who? Did EG start talking once Lucas was found and she was back in jail?

According to the NG interview JH didn’t know when EG found LH dead. I find that rather peculiar. You can’t tell me that JH doesn’t know or didn’t ask. I’m not saying he’s involved or behind it. I just think he knows more details that he’s not sharing in the interview. JH not elaborating on what day or time of day EG found LH dead sort of makes me think there might be some truth to NG’s leak of the 10th or 11th.


JH: She….she that’s about as far as I know, uh, I I only know that much because of what David had told me, that she had found him, uh, I guess in his bed one morning or one evening, not specific on that, but then she had panicked, and, she never really said why she panicked, but, that she had panicked and went and hid him.


JH: Only the same story of, you know, she woke up, she found him, and he was dead..of…something, in the morning or at, in the evening, and that she panicked, and went and hid him.
