1. I think that JH said "found him at night... or in the morning..." because he's not supposed to give that information or because he's not sure of what to believe. Maybe she said morning and LE said night. Or maybe everyone thinks it's night and he's saying morning and doesn't want to give that away so he adds "or night". I don't think it's because he hasn't asked.

2. I would guess he IS still with EG and is just lying because the public is outraged. He more than likely addressed the rumor that he's back with JO for EG.

I had a #3, but now I forgot...

Except he admitted he had no idea what happened and he DIDN'T have that concern. He wasn't concerned at all that LH was covered in bruises.

I did not; I waited. There is an option at the bottom of page to "show ignored content" but also since you quoted my post, it actually showed your avatar with a notice indicating that I was ignoring the content. Otherwise, you aren't even aware you are missing a comment unless you are watching the post numbers. This software feature is done very well.

She is not mentioning the homeless black man. She is mentioning a black man and a white woman outside her home. She never says "homeless" and she never says the name of the man who spent the night at her home. Listen again. Here is what she says:

And I keep thinking back to these two people that were outside of my house a few days prior. A black man and white woman," Glass said. Investigator Devon Fasbinder asked if Glass knew these people. "No," she answered. "They were standing outside and talking and smoking a cigarette and it was actually pretty early morning so I went out there to be like hey is everything okay? Do you need to come inside? Are you stranded? They were just like, no and just like looked at me like I offended them or something." She continued, "And I said okay, I'm sorry. It's cold outside and I didn't know if you needed to come in. I was just being nice. They stuck around for maybe another 15 or 20 minutes. I actually did snap a picture of them walking away because I wanted to send it to their dad to say hey this is what's going on. Because I'm at home alone."

We don't know that the man in the photo was homeless, though. Now, if you said it differently, and said maybe she took a photo with a black man who happened to be with a white woman, and said she would try and say it was the homeless guy hanging around, that he kidnapped Lucas, then you might be on to something. She was stupid enough I guess not to take a photo of a man that looked similar to the homeless man she had in her home overnight. Hence why our VI confirmed it's not the same man.

Re: 2. I don't think he is still with EG. Even when DM arrived, JH said that he and DM went to see EG. He didn't say that DM came to see them. So it doesn't even sound like JH was physically with EG at that point.

Also the way JH said that he couldn't understand why EG got released from jail after leading DM to Lucas' body didn't sound like JH wanted EG back.

I agree with you on number 1. I thought JH seemed to be being careful how he phrased a number of things, including saying that EG was at the house of 'one of her relatives', because that doesn't seem like normal speech and it's the same phrasing that DM used.

I understand that now.
Still how scummy of her to throw other people under the bus. Including her own nephews,and sons. Blaming the bruises on them.
She was still clearly setting others up to take the fall.
I believe the PI is the one who said who said the initials C.R.
anyway this case is far from over.
I do believe anyone she tried to throw blame on should get fair representation,and concideration.
 
@FindLucasAllen - I don't know if you can speak to this or not, and if not I totally understand.

Did the information about the 16th sighting by the LL come from EG? Or... through her?

I'm not certain what significance, if any, the answer has, but it has been at the forefront of my mind since Monday, I figured I would take a chance and ask :)
 
A LONG time ago, we discussed how there's always some truth sprinkled throughout a story full of lies. Someone mentioned that her story of asking the mystery couple "Are you ok? Are you stranded? Do you need to come in?" sounded more like something a person may have said to HER (EG).

I can't quite put my finger on it....but swirling through my mind is this:

At some point, EG was out either scoping a place to "dispose" of Lucas.....or checking to make sure he was still hidden...something.....and a (possibly) passerby saw her maybe pulled over and asked her THOSE EXACT QUESTIONS. Can't you envision it?
  • "Are you ok? Are you stranded? Do you need to come in?"
Then her weird story of seeing a black man and a white woman
  • Is it possible that she (EG) is the (white woman) and the homeless guy the (black man)? Maybe this was a truth that she sprinkled in her BS story....ie. maybe she was quick trying to think on her feet when being questioned by LE and used what was on her mind/happened recently

She aluded to thinking the needed 'shelter' as if they were 'homeless' so she invited them just to be nice. To these scary 'strangers' out in the cold in the wee hours of the morn.
It's all so odd especially coming from the lying horses mouth.

It does make sense, but FLA just said that there is a picture of the man and woman outside the house.

I would love to know the time and date of that photo.
