Today is the first time I have seen the documents that you linked so thanks for that link. and in reading thru them I have not seen any evidence that he hid money and contraband in her apt. There was incorrect information given to obtain the raid search warrant about activities in Jan 2020 to obtain a warrant for March 13th 2020.
Yes he had claims that on jail house recording that as a career criminal knows are being recorded, there are part if these recoding that JG clearly states he cannot talk about on that phone. And during some calls he says BT has money and then during others he states there is no reason for them to have even went to her home, and the fact that he turned down a plea of probation for a possible 10 year sentence to implicate BM in his drug enterprise tells me that BT was not involved in his enterprise at the time of the raid. Do I think it is possible she knew exactly the kind of activities JG had been involved in yes I do and I also think she has made poor choice of people to surround herself with but I dont that should be a death sentence, we have all made poor choices at one time or another in our lives.
And when LE interviewed the postal inspector he clearly told them that was no unusual activity with packages being delivered at BT address yes she was getting packages for JG delivered there, but if LE saw him come out of her home and head to the trap house why did they not pull him over between both places?

I have to admit I have a hard time believing felons but I can't say I don't believe him when he says she was holding money and choose to believe him when he says she was not involved.
So that will have to be proven with evidence.
I will say that as far as this case I have a hard time believing LMPD they claim on paperwork that there were no injuries during the raid at BT apartment that night when clearly not only was an officer shot but an innocent person was killed.
LMPD also claims the post office said drugs were being delivered to BT apartment for JG when the postal inspector has said that they never told LMPD that. So I really have a hard time believing them in this case. Not under normal circumstances but for this case.

Can you believe what you saw on camera in those documents?

Glover clearly walks into her apartment, and walks out with a USPS package. Maybe it is not drugs, IDK. But it shows that he was getting packages sent to her home.

And how would the point office know if drugs were sent there or not? Obviously, IF they knew it was drugs, they would have flagged it. But they have no idea if what was sent to her was meant for someone else, or not. Or if fentanyl was being hidden in merchandise and sent to her address.

As for the evidence for a warrant---they had the jailhouse phone calls where Glover told 2 people, that he had given thousands of dollars to Breonna.
And that had evidence that Breonna had been to the trap house herself, many times. And she registered his car in her name and allowed him to use her phone # and address for his bank accounts.

And a murdered man, was found in a car, that was rented by Breona.

Those sound like valid reasons to get a warrant to check her premise, in my opinion.

“There are recorded jail house calls between Breona and Glover. he gives her orders and she carries them out. He tells her who to call and what to tell them, in terms of running his drug business.”

He asked her to get his money from Walker so she could bail him out
She wasn’t helping him deal drugs.
According to him she wasn’t involved.

"According to him she wasn’t involved"

That^^^is pretty pathetic, that he says that now, after he pretty much set her up himself.

He used her address and phone number on bank accounts, used her name to register his car, sent her to his trap house many times, and had her rent a car <modsnip: snipped misinformation; he was not accused of that murder> .

She was willingly enabling a drug trafficker to run his trap house, by allowing him to use her like that.

Yes I did read the report you linked and thank you for that link. It states in the link that JG had hid money and drugs in the backyard of the Elliott Ave home and the Muhammad Ali Blvd trap house. Breonna had no back yard to hide things at she was living in an apartment.
I don't think it matters that much whether there were drugs or money hidden there at the time of the search.

It doesn't change the proven facts that Glover was using her to help him run his drug business. There were plenty of clues that would send detectives to her front door, like her address on his bank accounts and car registration. And many videos of her visiting the Trap house.

Yes I can clearly believe what I see on those cameras. And I also believe that JG and BT had a friendly relationship after they broke up. As far as him just sauntering into her home without knocking, again I can only speak for myself I have a few friends who frequent my home and when I know they are on their way over, I tell them my front door is open just come on in, could this have been why he just walked in I have no idea but I also would not say it could not have been.
How would the officers know that there were not drugs in the boxes, well for one they spoke to the inspector General of the post office that were delivering boxes to her home and were told it was not drugs in the boxes.
I am gonna go a little O/T at this point. My career was in the transportation industry I was a dispatcher and supervisor for several small (family owned) and large (corporate) in my career. Trucking companies as well as USPS are all regulated by the DOT( department of transportation) it is a federal crime for any packages or the seal on a semi truck to be opened without proper documentation as to why it is being done and by whom, for example if I had a loaded truck at the dock that already had a seal on the door and was ready to leave the dock only to find out that a skid of product had been left on the dock it would be up to me to break that seal and record why it was broken and for me to record the new seal number that was put on that trailer and by whom. Playing around and breaking into semi trailers or federal mail is not a crime someone wants to commit because the feds will come down on you like a hammer.
I was once called about a loaded truck I had coming into Lou from St. Louis and told I needed to be outside by the gate when the driver arrived (I had no idea why) when the truck arrived is was being escorted by the FBI and they approached me to let me know that a box of drugs was on the truck and was scheduled for delivery the following day they watched as that box was unloaded and we put it on a smaller truck for the next days delivery, A FBI agent stayed the whole night to make sure no one messed with that freight. The following day 2 FBI agents were in the back of the box truck when the box was delivered as soon as the person signed for that freight and it was in the hand of the person it was shipped to the FBI agents swooped in and made the arrest and took the freight as evidence.
So my reason for that story time is that if LMPD thought for a moment that drugs were being shipped to BT home for JG they would have asked the post office to break the seal on that package and look to see if there were drugs inside and handled the package the exact same way weather it was local LE or FBI someone would have been on site when that package was delivered. My takeaway from this is they were told by the Postal inspector there were no drugs in that package because he had the authority to check those packages and that is why in Jan 2020 JG was not pulled over with that package because they knew there were no drugs inside. But after this botched raid that info did not fit into the narrative that LMPD needed to get out about this case.

While this back and forth about whether the raid on Breonna's apt. was justified is interesting, I'm not sure it has anything to do with charging the officers with a crime. I believe that even if the officers were given a wrong address & broke in & were shot at by the homeowner & ended up killing the homeowners wife, they would not be charged. jmo

Breonna Taylor: Will grand jury charge Louisville police officers?

Coverage of reasons for and against charges & the grand jury process.
Also, I found it interesting that one of Breonna's lawyers thought that Hankison should be charged with attempted murder. I believe he will be the only officer charged & the charge will be about reckless endangerment. jmo

Breonna Taylor's boyfriend asks himself daily why she was killed

Kenneth Walker says he has not had a restful night since March 13, the day the woman he planned to marry, Breonna Taylor.

Walker and Taylor had planned to purchase a home together and have a baby. They had already agreed on a name: Kenbre, a union of the first three letters of each of their names. Walker had purchased a pair of baby Air Jordan sneakers that are white and red.

Those plans are now destroyed.

More than 1,200 crime scene photos from Breonna Taylor released

More than 1,200 crime scene photos from Breonna Taylor's apartment were recently released, showing dozens of bullet casings and bullet holes both inside and outside her home.

Staff were able to obtain the crime scene photos almost six months after Taylor's death. Her family told the news station the photos made Taylor's home look like a war zone. Many of the photos are too graphic to share.

The pictures show nearly a dozen shell casings scattered across the parking lot. Near her porch, casings from where Officer Brett Hankinson’s termination letter states he fired 10 rounds through a covered patio door and window “with no regard to human life.”

In front of her apartment, there were 35 shell casings and evidence markers.

Bullets from the raid riddled the inside of her home.

Some images show bullet holes on a wall clock, the shower, chairs, mirrors, cabinets, pots, shoes, walls, and even the ceiling.

Her bedroom window was sprinkled with bullets from the outside. At the very end of the hallway is where Taylor, an essential worker, and future bride, was shot five times and killed.

Images show three bullets on the wall behind her and a phone lying right next to her.

The crime scene photos also show her boyfriend’s gun under their bed. Kenneth Walker said he had fired one shot towards the ground when they thought someone was breaking in.

Crime scene photos also revealed that at least one officer at the scene was wearing a body camera.

35-45 shots. Hankison fired 10 times. This leaves the other two officers firing 25-35 times. Did their weapons hold that many shots or did they have to reload?

Interesting story, thanks for sharing. I've read somewhere that USPS is more difficult to get a warrant to search and seize the mail as opposed to FEDEX or UPS. I never knew that the Postal Inspector has the authority to check packages without a warrant. You learn something new everyday!:) MOO

Utterback said she never heard officers identify themselves as police.

"I didn't hear [any] police, none of it, because I would have knew. Like my momma, she called the police when she heard the shots, and I'm like 'momma, police are out here," she said.

She began recording video after she saw the injured officer come out of the apartment. She said she heard someone shout "Reload."

A neighbor saying she never heard the police announce doesn't mean they didn't. I would think all neighbors would be interviewed & I wouldn't be surprised if some neighbors heard & some didn't. Does anyone know on a no-knock warrant do the police have to announce & if so, when?

Neighbor heard "reload" and started filming. That may be why there were so many shots fired.

IIRC, this neighbor was on the second floor adjacent to Ms. Taylor's apartment.

A good reporter would have asked her if she heard any shots after she heard the "reload". You may be right about the location of the neighbors apartment but this article is the first time I saw her name IIRC. I remember seeing a video that interviewed neighbors but I don't recall hearing her name.

Did they think that there was an army in that apartment?
