According to a post in Where is Andrea Knabel FB group, the coroner has confirmed that the skeletal remains discovered on Crum Lane are not Andrea's. I have not found MSM/LE verification of this claim or identification of the UID remains.

The body of a man was found Dec. 19, 2020, in a wooded area that appeared to be near a homeless camp.

The man is estimated to have been between 36 and 48 and to have been between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-8 in height.

An anthropology consultant determined he was a non-white man.

Near his body, the rubber sole of a shoe was recovered, along with:

• Ragged fragments of darkly colored fabric and tangled string;
• A portion of a woven black belt;
• Various portions of brown mesh and cloth pants with a waistband bearing a label “STARTER, men’s large”;
• A yellow metal key;
• Several fragments of green, blue, and brown patterned cloth, which may represent a shirt.
