Kentucky State Police arrested Torilena Fields after they found her mother's dismembered body lying in the grass, cooked body parts in the oven and multiple organs placed on a mattress.

The man told KSP he had last seen Fields one day earlier when she accompanied them to her property gate. He said Fields and her daughter, 32-year-old Torilena Fields, were the only people at the home and noted that Torilena was "casting spells on them and being confrontational," according to a police report.

The Kentucky State Police Special Response Team was called to the scene and a search warrant was obtained for the home. When they entered, KSP said Torilena refused to exit and had to be removed from the home following multiple uses of tear gas at around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

KSP said Torilena appeared to have blood on her face, hands and clothes.

A search of the home found multiple body parts cooked inside a stainless steel pot inside the oven. One of the mattresses near Fields' body also had multiple body parts and organs on it.

A Mount Olivet woman argued that she was “casting spells” when a body believed to be Trudy Fields was found outside the home. A contractor said he began looking for Fields when she didn’t answer the door. He followed drag marks in the grass to find multiple blood-stained items and a dismembered body.

He added that he also saw a pile of hair that he believed belonged to the homeowner.

Torilena is charged with obstructing governmental operations, tampering with physical evidence, and abuse of corpse.

this video link interviews neighbor of the decedent, who she reports was a kind compassionate type of soul. She heard through local gossip her neighbor was shot prior to dismemberment. There is also possible involvement of drugs with the accused per this link.

The victim’s body had its arms, legs and head removed with the torso and spine “severed in half and the organs removed,” according to the citation. Investigators also said they found body parts that “appeared to have been cooked” in a steel pot inside the oven.

I’m just stunned. There have been some grizzly cases lately and such sad stories but this one definitely takes the biscuit for the most bizarre. I really can’t comprehend the how’s and why’s of these people. Like, what is happening? Why?! I have no words.

Sometimes you'd never suspect a person could do something like that. Other times, you get the sense something is the matter just by looking at them.
