What is it you need translated? It appears to be just a standard census form.

the original form . . . does it say anything about occupations or anything else that could give me a clue. And the neighbors as well. and the neighborhood itself.

There's a male Tinoco listed in public records at the same address: 821 Crest Dr, Kenner, LA, 70062 There's reason to think he was born 1921, arrived in the 1940s from Costa Rica?.... so Tinoco may be her married name.

Small handful of other Tinocos of various ages in Kenner, but no others with that same address (which looks like it may be a used car dealership via Google maps???) ... and none with obvious connections to Brigitta or the other name.

Billy Joe LeGrand was married again Oct 15, 1956 while still being married to Brigitta.
Brigitta was in New Orleans, LA by 1992. That is the earliest proof I found of her coming to Louisiana.

Brigitta then married Carlos Angel Tinoco Sr.. Carlos is also linked to the address 821 Crest Dr Apt 81 in Kenner, LA. When looking at this address on google maps it appears to be a large concrete slab.
