LOL Brodsky just said more or less...that is his story and he is sticking to it. He gave his statement once to LE and he shouldn't give another one because they could drive a truck through it (inadvertantly) if there were "minor" inconsistencies. (The reason DP wasn't allowed to give the timeline out or to talk to the GJ)

They have a statement from Pamela Bosco blasting DP! Go get em!

She said his media appearances are just for his personal PR and if he was really serious about his intention, he would be cooperating with the GJ and tell about his whereabouts that day she went missing.

Why hasn’t he gone searching for Stacy? Because he thinks she’s alive and they’re looking for a ‘body.’

How do you sleep at night? He’s bothered that she left and that he’s raising the kids. He has trouble sleeping with it.

Is he dating? NO. He goes out once a week socially and that’s all. Ahh….everyone recognized him when he goes out.

JAB keeps asking for what LE has and they won’t release it.

Oh, now,………….he’s saying he did NOT cheat on his wives, they were already basically living apart (in the same house). Oh, he said when he started dating Stacy and he was married to Kathleen, he, DP, was sleeping in the basement.

JAB……Compares Stacy missing to husband killing his family and no one thought he would ever do that. He doesn’t know why there’s no missing person.

Yale Galanter…. thinks they should NOT be doing these interviews. LOL, get em!

JAB disagrees. This doesn’t apply to high profile cases. He’s comparing DP to Michael Jackson and Robert Blake who were acquitted.

Yale brought up Scott Peterson.

Oh, yeah, DP said he wouldn’t get physical with a wife because he’s a policeman and he’d loose his job.

Liza Bloom………..is he innocent? We presume he is. He bad mouths his wife and brings up all the negative stuff he’s been spewing about her. Why isn’t he looking for her? There’s no evidence she’s alive.

JAB said there’s no evidence that she isn’t. She disappeared and ran away with a new man. Yadda, yadda, yadda…….

Yale, will this ever go away with no resolution? He thinks there will be an arrest eventually. He’s innocent until proven guilty. Shouldn’t be so publicly outspoken though and shouldn’t be badmouthing his missing wife. Those statements will be used against him.

JAB disagrees………..of course……………..this isn’t going to be a simple case and he doesn’t think his client is going to be charged.

Last woman attorney, can he be charged if no body? Yes, it is possible. We don’t know what the police have.

Motive? JAB…………..he brings up no body trials for 150 years in Illinois. No way will they charge him for Stacy.





WOW is all I gotta say. The suspect and his attorney are absolutely positive Stacy will never be found!

I am SO ANGRY right now..............If there was a time warp gizmo that could have taken me from my house through the tv set to DP..........

I would have become the Wicked Witch with all my WS friends as the "monkeys" to get the Cowardly Lion and put him where he belongs :behindbar

I was physically feeling sick to my stomach everytime he said it Never happened, Psychologica issues, etc.

DP and his lawyer JB both need PSYCHIATRIC CARE IMMEDIATELY.

All said IMO.

A couple of things that caught my attention (Fran also pointed these out). I will have to go back and look at all the early info, but until I do:

Larry asked what Drew was doing when Stacy disappeared. Drew said, (this is approximate) "I was sleeping and she called to say she was leaving. She did not say where she was calling from." (I don't recall that he was asleep when the phone call came from Stacy.)
And, also Drew said that her sister had died a few months prior, (wasn't it more like a year prior?) and that "we had her under psychiatric care and medications."
So, I guess the police will know who the psychiatrist was and what the medications were. Were the medications found in the house?

My overall impression of the interview is that Drew Peterson is, imo, a liar.

It didn't make me angry because we have heard it all before. Besides, nothing that DP or JAB says anymore is worth listening to, imo. I did note that DP's new "personality" doesn't coverup his disdain for every female he has ever been intimate with. Maybe they should work on that.

I agree with i.b.nora and littledeer. I knew this interview would pizz me off. I don't know why I watched. Like watching a train wreck!

DP did exactly what we all expected. Denied anything negative and spread lies about Stacy. What's new?! He's been doing that since DAY ONE!

Stacy is no longer here to defend herself. I have an uneasy feeling about his and JAB's demeanor in this. They are so SURE Stacy will NEVER BE FOUND!

JAB has even looked in to the length of time since Illinois has brought charges when there is NO BODY! One hundred and fifty years!

I would like to think that after this length of time, Illinois LE has managed to compile enough evidence to convict WITHOUT A BODY!:behindbar

I know he's innocent until proven guilty, but in my heart of hearts, I KNOW he harmed Stacy and is responsible for her disappearance. I only pray that LE can PROVE IT!!:bang:

I do have to tell you though, the highlight for me of the whole interview was the caller who was 'time delayed' and after she was finally put through, she asked,

"Is he any relation to Scott Peterson because they're exactly alike?"

I think maybe the time has come for a jury to step up in the state of IL and put an end to the no body aquittal system. Juries can and do convict people without a body being found based on circumstantial evidence and testimony from other people. In my opinion, LE and the GJ are going to come up with enough to not only charge him, but convict him...even if they never find her.

It did make me take a step-back tonight and ponder when JAB mentioned that many of the statements made are not only second person (here say), but third party.

Gosh, that makes me take a step back. IF only I knew what exactly LE has!

I still think he's guilty! I'm just questioning on if it's enough to convict 'beyond a reasonable doubt!'

Hi Everyone,

I watched this tonight and all I can say is that DP is more of a liar than I thought. He shows NO emotion or feelings for the woman that he "supposedly" still loves. I also thought it was odd when he said that his two sons who are teenagers are BORED with all the hoopla, and so they just change the channel on the TV, but they're tired of hearing about it. Doesn't that strike you as odd??

IMO, he's "really" thought the answers to all questions out. He has an answer for everything; he's been rehearsed and I wonder by whom...mmm!!! (JB)

He was also asked if he regrets acting like an a$$ with the media in the beginning. Remember all the laughing and stupid things he was doing e.g. taking the media's picture while they were taking a picture of him, etc. He said that yes, he was sorry for the way he behaved, but policeman are trained to look for humor because of all the terrible things they have to experience (my interpretation), and that was all he was doing. :bang:

Sounds like DrewP for the most part only answered questions that he had already answered before. And it sounds like he reviewed the previous answers before he came in. The only thing he might have changed was the attitude. Glad to see they got at least a partial answer to the timeline question. I wonder when the GJ will get their copy of the show to review? After all, he took the 5th in the GJ and answered the question on live TV, lol. Now they get to hear a little of it in his words! And that really makes it look like he was trying to hide in the GJ.
