I'm sure she's getting money from her other projects, Liz and Dick is not the only role she's taken. she has a 5 minute cameo (with Charlie) in Scary Movie 5 and a part in the low budget film The Canyons.


and Charlie Sheen gave her $100,000 to help pay off her taxes.

I remember seeing photos of a young Lindsay Lohan in London - maybe modeling or promo for "The Parent Trap" that led to me think that she lived there. LL was born in NYC and started her career in commercials, modeling, etc.

If memory serves, she also did part of her role in The Parent Trap in a British accent, since she was playing twins who lived separately. One in the states, one in the UK, if memory serves. That might have also made it confusing- you may have actually witnessed her speaking with the accent too.

Yes, LL portrays twins whose parents were divorced when they were babies - one went to live with her mother in London while the other lived with her father in California. "Annie" character definitely has a British accent as she has grown up in England. I had no idea who Lindsay Lohan was until that film, and I thought she was awesome in the dual role - one of the most gifted child actors that I had seen in a long time. Sadly, LiLo's life has become a drama that I fear will end tragically. :moo:

BBM. You are so right on with this. I've always rooted for Lindsay, as I'm sure many of us have- and still do. I have a lot of empathy for anyone who's been through what she has, and don't imagine it was easy nor healthy, taking on the role of breadwinner for her entire dysfunctional family before she ever hit puberty. If she realizes what her demons are and gets help, sticks with a program and works it, she can have a comeback. Maybe then the headlines we read will again be about her great performances and wonderful talents, not crazy legal dramas.

Following a disastrous day in court on Friday - lawyer Mark Heller failed in his bid to have the charges steaming from her June car accident dismissed - Heller announced in an impromptu press conference that Lindsay plans to continue to try to turn over a new leaf.

The New York Post reports Heller said the embattled actress was off to a New York City school to help autistic children - but refused to reveal which one.

'She’s certainly not going to alert the media,' he told The Post.

I've got two questions.
1. Does she have a clue how to help autistic children?
2. If she doesn't want to alert media, why did her lawyer hold a press conference?
 
Lindsay was supposed to be on a flight from JFK airport to LAX at 9:30 PM (New York time) but just before the plane was to take off, she left.

She was able to get a private plane and it is scheduled to arrive an hour before her court date.

There has been a lot of speculation that she wont show up at all. Wonder if she still has a passport. ;)

I believe she is flying into Van Nuys but I'm not sure. I've never been to L.A. before so I don't know.

How bad is the traffic during rush hour?

I can imagine her saying something like "Move those lanes of cars I'm Lindsay Lohan".

How did Lilo manage to deplane just before take off? Then, she could just hop on a private plane? Yeah, right. :rolleyes:
 
I wonder if she is actually on her way to CA. I guess we will know in the next 30 minutes or so.

She got off the plane just before it was to take off.

She did manage to get a private plane and it will not land until 8:11 so she's screwed big time.

4.5-5 hour flight - plenty of time for several Bloody Marys. If she appears in court, LL will probably be :tipsy:
