Watch the video. At 0:18 seconds in, I froze it. You can see a heart tattoo on her left hand. Is that what you meant?

If there wasn't an inset of the reporter, we could see her right hand too.

Question: Has anyone ever figured out what the missing 7 or 8 pages were from the last dump? I think it was around 7 or 8...

You should see the same box to post that everyone does right? If so, the icons above where you type your post include a blue circle that looks like the Earth with a "link" of chain in front of it - see it? It's right below the white smiley face.

Click it, erase http:// and paste your link, click OK. This inserts it in your post right where your curser is...

Last night, on NG, a lawyer said something to the effect that if GA was receiving treatment and under psychiatric care and if he could bring a letter from his doctor stating as much, it could get him out of having to give his deposition. So, evidently, being under psychiatric care does effect participation in some legal proceedings. I, too, wonder if this could get him out of having to take the stand at the murder trial.

Will BC counsel GA to use his apparent mental issues to avoid Morgan's deposition scheduled for later this month ? Will GA's entirely voluntary involvement in the investigation of HC's disappearance negate the argument that he is not well enough to testify ?

Does anyone know what the timeline would be for the new 1,100 page doc dump in that when did/do the defense get to see it?

What I am trying to ask is, we are being told the the media will have access to the 1,100 pages and more than likely post them as they have in the past for the public to see.

But when does or did the defense team have access to view them? Is it before the media?

Has the defense had this paperwork and how long...anyone know?

According to a source close to the investigation, test results from the FBI crime lab on the duct tape found on slain toddler Caylee Anthony's skull are in that new batch of evidence.

When asked by WESH 2's Bob Kealing if Casey Anthony’s fingerprints were on the duct tape, a source with direct knowledge of the investigation said, "This is not going to be good news for the defense."
