I don’t mean to be disrespectful… but how does a body sit in a bin for (what I’m assuming) is a long period of time… and nobody is curious where that terrible smell is coming from?

I mean if people are dropping off donations are they not smelling decomposition? And we don’t know how long she’s been in there… but they never empty the bin and found her body until now?

i read that the bin was an abandoned one. cant explain no one noticing the odor, but maybe thats a "mind ya business" kinda area... staff at a nearby daycare also said there was plumbing problems in the area too
