I did actually but they're essentially unreadable since they're only on screen for such a short time. We already know (and he's admitted) about him being a "petty criminal" so this is sort of old news but I do have to wonder why most of these cases were dismissed. Lack of evidence? Who knows.

Though there is no information to confirm that the RSO works for waste management company in Revere, the low flying helicopter search over the area may indicate that LE is focused on the areas that the RSO may have been the night Jaimee Mendez vanished. The map below shows that it is a straight shot down the Salem Turnpike 107, from the Floating Bridge Pond, where LE sent divers and performed side sonar searches. It stands out that Jaimee's cell phone was found exactly in the opposite direction on Technology way. Though LE may not share what leads may have caused them to scan Revere, the fact that they have speaks volumes. It would be further confirmation that the search is solely focused on the movements of the RSO.

So, I'm hypothesizing that the RSO, after having brought Jaimee Mendez to harm, as she tried to escape from him to meet her friend, then drove out of his residential neighborhood, past the floating Bridge Pond where LE searched, and down to Revere, where LE scanned with helos, to dispose of Jaimee Mendez herself. He then drove to Technology Way to rid himself of her phone and other evidence closer to home to give cover to his story that local dealers in Lynn were involved and to not attract interest to areas he may be familiar with in Revere. He may have turned on her phone one last time to give the location information that caused LE to find Jaimee's things so quickly around Technology way.

The RSO may not have known, as he may have struggled with, killed and disposed of Jaimee Mendez, that her friends had been on to him before he returned to his home on Spring Road. Upon seeing and realizing that the friend and family were looking for Jaimee at or around his house, the RSO then went to his girlfriend's to give himself an alibi. When he finally did return to his home, Alyssa was there to confront him and spotted the scratches on his face and hands from the struggle he may have had with Jaimee. Upon realization that he would become of interest to LE and that they may search his van, which was like a bedroom one night, as seen by Steven Mendez, and cleaned up by the next day, he may have set himself to cleaning his van. That would mean that he then went about getting rid of the carpet by cutting out the piece that may have had evidence on it and getting rid of rest of his things in the van that may have had evidence on it. He did this knowing that the heat may have been on him soon. So he quickly went about dumping various parts of the material from his van as fast as he could in various dumpsters, which specifically would not lead back to Revere. LE upon finding the said evidence from his van and having it tested then had enough for probable cause to issue warrants to seize his vans and search his properties. The search as it progresses has since been focused as such. It seems to me, that by now, LE has had the cooperation of the friends she called for help, of any ancillary dealers or people that the RSO may have pointed out as involved, and that as such LE discounted their involvement and has stay focused on the RSO's movements as they investigate.

The documents are illegible from the screen grabs, besides the two they highlight from a couple of the over 20 cases. Sorry, best I could do. Magnifying them just made it blurrier and the parts with names have been blacked out, of course. Can't make out the signatures of the lawyers or court officials.

Per the Find Jaimee FB page they are looking for volunteers to search today and tomorrow around the Burger King on Highland Ave. in Salem. They seem to be short on volunteers today at 12:00 but that is probably because they just announced it this morning. See under "posts by others".

Once again I'm worthless when it comes to maps so perhaps someone can mark where this area is in relation to the other searches? TIA!!!

Regarding the carpet being removed from JF's van. IMO the carpet that was found in the dumpster behind CVS must not have matched his van. I would think that if that connection was present it would be enough for LE to at least name him as a POI/Suspect and perhaps even detain or arrest him? MOO

At the time the RSO's name was not yet stated public, which changed in the days that followed when LE confirmed to MSM that they had been questioning him, after a questioning session when walking out of the police station he gave an interview to the "Items" journalist, when his own mom gave and interview revealing the reason for his RSO charges, and when the record of his over 20 dismissed charges in court became public appeared on MSM. The family, if you'll note, has yet to say his name publicly and has always referred to him as either "this man" or "this guy" while the press has filled in the gap with his name.

Thank you for all of this FHG I did read it all. But the point I was making is that IMO the carpet found in the dumpster could not be tied to JF's van. If it was in fact it was from his van and it was located with other items, Jamiee's shoes and a mans jacket I would have to think that is probable cause in arresting him. JMO

LE must have a reason, perhaps a solid case or to see what he does. We can only guess. I'm shocked, just plain shocked that he is still a free man, even before this with all the cases that were dismissed, surreal. I wonder if he has a record in VA or other states where he may have been as well.

Just read that there's been an arrest in Paige Birgfeld's case -- the guy who LE investigated back when she went missing 7 years ago. Her body was found 2 years ago, yet he is only now being arrested. Yet another case that tells me the lack of an arrest of the RSO, whom cops have investigated in Jaimee's case, doesn't mean that LE has no evidence against him. JMO

Good to know what I've read isn't accurate! Like I said, I don't live there (and have never been there) I was just basing that off what I've read from those who do live there, since Jaimee went missing.

It is a bit of a tough town, so I won't say your impression is entirely wrong...and it appears that Jaimee did live in one of the rougher parts of town.

Fleury said that if Mendez had used with him and overdosed, he would not have tried to discard the body. He said he is aware of the state’s so-called Good Samaritan law (having overdosed before) and said he would have dropped her at the hospital after getting rid of the drugs in his car.

Stephanie Vaczy, 35, is one of two missing women on the North Shore. She called her family from a hospital in Haverhill at 10 a.m., according to her aunt Jodi Hill. Hill says Vaczy was missing for close to two weeks.

Her aunt said she does not remember anything about the past few days and said she couldn't remember if she had any contact with the other missing woman, 25-year-old Jaimee Mendez of Swampscott. The search continues for Mendez.

I always thought there was a connection with Stephanie and she may have been the tie between them all. However, there was rumored mention on the Find Jaimee FB that her mother admitted her to the hospital. Why that was never knowledge to her sister in unknown??? FWIK, IMO, etc.
