Of course, lots of people would see lots of things. But "Der Spiegel" is the only source, that made the pic public. Where do they got it from and would they publish a pic of CB and MM together, to kick prosecuters buttocks right now? It's a reliable and serious company in my opinion.

But already too serious to photoshop pictures. They had their past with it. Strategy of the prosecuters?

Damn, that infamous case needs to be solved. Poor parents! I'm going nuts either.....

That victory-like pose of the suspect would fit the situation either.

It could be altered, because at least two holes in the rim are just "missing"....

The scratchmark in the sand near the rear-axle looks odd. As if being made with purpose, just like police after a car accident. But if, CB must have done that.

To park up the vehicle in a special position for a picture?! Strange...

I think pic has been altered and poss things have been removed ( lifted) from the pic, this can be done with the right software , now either I need to sleep or anyone else see something inside my mark ? kinda looks something has been airbrushed out and only the residue is left ?? you have to zoom on it

We really do need some more news so we can stop seeing corpses in the shadows...!

ETA: Compare the equivalent at the front, where it emerges at the same level.

According to the black rim on the tire in the night pic, that i can't see in the other pics although we assume, the van hasn't moved, is the photoshop theory that far fetched? Some optical specialists in here?

IMO the size of the rim could even fit some kind of shade of a small person, sitting in front of the wheel? Can that theory be ruled out please....?!

The circle that 'appears' to be under the wheel arch could be from a water drop on the lens, the blurring on the front bumper and wheel arch supports a dirty lens theory.

The weather forecasts, damp sand and sky in the daytime image suggest that there could have been light rain during the night.

I see the difference in the 2 sides of the wheel, at the moment Im putting this down to a copying/duplicating error, the image could be a photo of a photo or a scanned image. I put the vertical white lines in the black sky down to this as well. I dont think anything has been removed from the image with Photoshop, the dimensions of the selfie image suggest it has had a chunk cropped out off it though.

It does look that CB has something over his shoes and tied around his ankles, or maybe novelty slippers as suggested. This could explain the lack of shoe prints in the sand, and also help explain how the drag marks were created.

CB's shirt has dark stains/marks on the chest area, but more prominent on the area that would be tucked in his trousers.
He is also wearing a watch/bracelet on his right wrist, he wasn't wearing that in the Malaga pics, but he may be wearing the same necklace.

On the daytime image there is a patch of yellow staining in the sand just below the front wheel. Probably difficult to see on a phone but on the PC I can definitely see it, I dont think its artifacts on the lens, I will take another look later.
