AC is a good example of someone at the bottom who is left to fend for himself. He was a recruiter, a pimp, a drug dealer and from what has been uncovered...sometimes an enforcer. Strippers, working in "legal clubs" get their jaws broken, too! And, if you have read any of the LIErotica posts, then you also know that a lot more goes on within the clubs than just dancin'...and it also goes on with those women outside the clubs, too. Then, remember the big club busts last year, they were bringing in women from Eastern Europe, under the auspices of to being "waitresses" but were forced to be strippers.

The men who work these women are all thugs, IMO.
 
Thats why I work 70 hours a week like a schnook. Never wanted to be involved in that crap. Sure you can make easy money, sleep till 10am but there is no gun under my pillow when I sleep (there is about 20 of them very close by but not under my pillow), no need for an electric starter for my car, and dont have to worry about when my friends call me up to meet me out for dinner. It is not very glamarous if you ask me. If you dont belive me; you can go talk to my cousin who is serving numerous consecutive life sentences how glamaorous it is. You can not put a price tag on piece of mind.

For those not from LI, here's an article written back in 1993 giving a pretty good overview of the area back then. Nothing much has changed except the crimes are mounting, news about them sanitized but when that's not possible, it's revealed that those involved include professionals in education, law enforcement, medical field, and so on. There's a Stepford Syndrome on the island that goes way back when.

I always say, an Escort who does drugs with her client is putting herself in direct line of danger. She has now impaired her sense of awareness, and what may be taken as a signal of something not being right if the provider was clear minded, might get over looked, thus putting her in danger. These girls were out partying with their clients. These girls were doing calls at 2, 3, 4, and 5am.... Who do you think is up those hours, looking for sex. Usually, and I'm not saying always, it's the 'partiers'... Looking for the next girl to go with his next line of coke, etc.

I strongly feel that since we can conclude that most of the girls were at minimum recreational users, I feel a strong part of the SKs motive is to get these girls messed up on their drug of choice, and then when they are 'weakened', he makes his move. He is not a SK that kills using his confidence to keep him going. He can't handle a female who is not 'weakened' by drugs. Just like he doesn't pick on men his age, he needs to make his target as small and weak as possible to make his actions more fulfilling, and to do them with confidence that the job will be completed in full. As an example, so he doesn't have a Shannan Gilbert incident happen.....


Just my opinion.
 
If I had to pinpoint where the SK grew up my guess would be right near the Massapequa/seaford border near the tackapausha reserve which seems to be a hotbed for paranormal activity. The other place would be over near Cedar shore Dr in Massapequa close to the old Indian Fort where a mass grave was found believed to be the victims of a slaughtering by John Underhill in 1640's.
I believe the SK may have grown up next to Fort Massapequa...an almost completely unknown historical relic and the only of its kind. I think the SK must have been familiar with Fort Massapequa and its history because Melissa Barthelemy lived on Underhill Ave in the Bx named for John Underhill. Soon after getting picked up Melissa's phone pings in Massapequa. Too coincidental and I believe it's an "inside joke" if you will from the SK since he thinks no one would ever put this together. Fort Massapequa is just south of Merrick where Major Thomas Jones old brick house once stood...Jones being the pirate who Jones beach is named after.
 
If your talking Tackapausha, might as well go north of sunrise and discuss Teenage Wasteland as well.

Both women lived a significant distance from Tedesco's patrol sector in the Seaford/Massapequa area, and he would spend up to six hours at their homes during his shift. Tedesco would even linger at their homes for an extended period of time before leaving to respond to calls that included alarms, domestic disturbances, and even a report of a possible cardiac arrest."

Hi guys...I just want to share a theory I have regarding the massapequa connection to Melissa Barthelemy. Melissa Lived on Underhill Ave in the Bronx named for John Underhill who massacred most of the Native Americans living in Massapequa back in the 1600's.

Now since the SK is likely obsessed with dead bodies....if he grew up in Massapequa its possible he developed a fascination with the forgotten mass grave in his town. He also used the term "Half-Breed" for Melissa's sister which could be a reference to the Indians and Underhill. Is John Underhill the SK's idol? Is he some kind of Long Island historian? Could there be some connection to the Tackapausha reserve in Massapequa on Merrick Road not far from where Melissa's phone pinged?
